Bella Beach Vacation Rentals
4.69Visit website
Bella Beach Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.69 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We loved this Airbnb, and it was perfect for our bachelorette trip! However, our check-in time was 3:00 p.m., and we weren’t able to access the home until 4:30 p.m. because the cleaners were still there. Other than the delayed check-in, we had a great stay!”airbnb

“The place was nice. The beach was great! The problem was that there was no hot water in the master. I did communicate with them and they did send maintenance and they came and said that they needed a piece and would have to go get it and come back. I never saw anyone again. I did continue to communicate with someone who said that they would send him back out but it was never fixed. I then asked for a small compensation ( more than once) as we had a party of 7 and all had to shower in 1 shower every day and I never for a response. They continues to email me about a review but nobody ever responded to me about any compensation even to say that it wasn’t possible.”airbnb

“Just as pictured. Furniture is worn. Beds were hard. Great shower pressure.Didn’t smell or feel clean. White crusty stuff on couch. Bedroom floor was sticky and greasy. Cleary the maid did not clean this at all! Decorated very nice. Plenty of bathroom linens. Big tv. Very nice view. Beach access was good. Bring your own chairs!! They had 2 chairs, I took one to the beach, after getting there it was broke and rusted. I did not put it back in the cabinet. I don’t think they know it’s broke. Now, maybe the maid will trash this. Overall, it was a decent trip. We got to see the beach, enjoy the pool area, and eat at a few nice restaurants.”airbnb

“Proximity to the beach was great... everything else was lacking... much better deals at other locations”airbnb

“Ice maker didn’t work. The refrigerator one didn’t keep up. Sofa bed broken. Living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable & not enough of it for 10 people. The mattress, pillows, bedding, rugs were worn out & frayed. Screen in door was Ripped half out. Dryer seal frayed & worn out. Toaster old & burnt everything. No drapes. Toilet seats need to be replaced. When the host was contacted I was told it didn’t list the ice maker, but it was shown in the pictures. The stove wasn’t listed either but it was there. We sat in our cars to avoid spending time in the uncomfortable living room. It was all very shabby. I would never recommend this unit to anyone. We have stayed in a different unit several times in the past and had a wonderful experience. Very unhappy.”airbnb

“the view and area was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. for what we paid we wish the mirror and countertop were not broken, that the freezer door would open we struggled with it. And that it was more cleaner. under the beds there was garbage, nothing was dusted, and the dishes had mold on them from being stacked when wet. we had to go buy plates because we have a severely allergic to mold person with us. we also had to pay an extra $50 to check in earlier, which was not ideal for us but we had to check in since we were traveling over 16 hours and were told we could check in earlier but didn’t get told a fee until we were close to the air bnb. Overall beautiful view and nice area but not worth the money we spent.”airbnb

“Nice views of the beach. Needs to be updated a bit. Had some maintenance issues that they took care of when I pointed it out. Cleanliness was lacking. Host was slow to respond. Probably will not be back.”airbnb

“The property was terrible. It had an odor when we first arrived. I had to spray Clorox spray to get the smell out. They said it was newly renovated but was not. There were stains on the box spring of the bed. The doors in the inside would not lock and lights switch would not work in one of the bedroom. The dryer had a loud screaming noise coming from it when using it. We had problems logging into the Wi-Fi because they gave us the wrong password.”airbnb

“If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We arrived to an unmade bed, moldy ice maker, brown sludge covered shower curtain, and broken patio furniture. The host responded offering to fix and clean things, some of which was addressed. The host also offered an “upgrade” to a different condo location with fewer beds and bathrooms. By day 2, a broken front door left us stuck with leaving someone inside the condo at all times so we could latch the door, which only closed from the inside. When I reached out to the host, I was told to call the HOA to report it myself. The host then stopped responding to me all together, leaving us with no option but to find an alternate place to stay. I would not stay here, and would not recommend staying anywhere with this host.”airbnb

“The patio furniture is old and broken. The wood table is cracked and sags in the middle. 3 out of the 5 chairs were damaged and unsafe to sit on. The west bedroom closet had a substantial amount of mold and mildew. We noticed this on our fifth day when we found about a half inch of water on the floor of that closet, getting our beach clothes and towels soaking wet. Bella Beach Properties did send someone out that same day, but did not send a plumber until the following day. The plumber did fix the leak. A maintenance team treated the mold and mildew 1 day later. When we checked-in the microwave and kitchen lights were not working. We let Bella Beach Properties know the next day. Someone came 5 days later and replaced the microwave light, so I could finally see to cook on the stove. The kitchen light was never fixed. The comforter on our bed was very old and stained. There were several unpainted patches on the walls. A bedroom dresser was missing a leg.”airbnb
