“Nice place with easy access to beach. They do not supply any cleaning supplies for dishes, etc. They also only have sheets and pillows so bring your own blankets. Overall a great place”

“The location is perfect. It was just me and my 7 year old, and we were able to easily haul everything safely and quickly to the beach. It is also a very short walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, and other shops. Communication was good. Cleanliness- Could be a lot cleaner and would be rated 5 stars if it were clean upon our arrival.”

“There was 10 of us all seniors. Was not aware that it was three stories tall. We had three TVs that did not work. We called management. Nothing was ever done. We had a garbage disposal that was leaking water badly. They came replaced it, but did not clean up their mess. The water ran through the ceiling onto the bed on the bottom floor. The tank on one of the toilets would take an hour to an hour and a half to fill up before you could flush it again. Swimming pool had no handrail going down into it. Patio furniture was extremely worn and rusted afraid to sit on it. Urban in the main house would not heat up we called management. They sent a repair man. He let us know that the heating element was broken too that it was extremely unsafe not to use the oven. It was a fire hazard. We found out that the place was for sale so it makes me think that possibly the owner wanted a fire to happen so that he could collect the insurance. Would not recommend this place to anybody.”

“Upon arrival I was given a 10 digit door code to enter the house (good luck remembering that) i opened the door and was greeted with a huge stench of fresh smoked cigarettes. I then continued up the stairs to check the rest of the house to find the majority was ok. A few warn spots on the laminate floors. The rug in the living room didnt lay flat on the window side causing a major trip hazard for the kids, also the one in front of the stove. The MAJOR issues. WATER PRESSURE IN MASTER WAS HORRIBLE!!! I was mid shower when someone turned the shower on in the guest bathroom causing mine to go to a mere stream. It never would fully recover, only to a very light flow. If you turn the sink on same thing low flow. I addressed them with this issue on arrival Wednesday night and still no resolution to the issue. We ended up leaving early. ALSO lots of dead frogs in the pool and strainer. My kids found this and refused to swim after. Communication is key! They lack all of that.”
