“The home was lovely and had great amenities! We’ve come to Fort Morgan a few times now and this house was great for our family, including our dog. We’ve had issues at check-in. We got there 20 minutes before check-in but when I asked if we could go ahead in, I did not get an answer- and the email said if we did without permission there would be a fee. We waited and when the time came our code did not work. I had to find a number and call, the call dropped a couple times before we got in. The lady I spoke to was helpful and apologized. The primary bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The second floor deck (off the primary and back bedroom had no chairs- not really usable.”

“Really Bad experience. Not at all cleaned before checkin. All trash was still there. Food on the floors, causing ants around the house. Toilets did not flush. Bathroom door locks did not work - even after someone showing up to fix. After all the cleaning fees they charge, nothing was cleaned. Surprised that they did not cleanup the house and make it ready for new guests. Checkout instructions did not have any details about Towels. Maintenance was not available on weekend. So had to spend weekend by sharing bathrooms. Will not recommend this house.”

“House could be kept up better by maintenance. Issues with a/c had filter that was not changed for over a year. Main tub in master was clogged. Guest bathroom on first floor l, the curtain rod was broken. Light bulbs out. Stains on carpet. Took 3 days for maintenance to come out and fix, and they only fixed some of it.”

“We have been staying at the Clubhouse for about seven years now. It’s like getting to go home for us. We have really enjoyed the location and the house. Already looking forward to next year!”

“The house is pretty nice for a large group. It is not on, but close to the beach. The grounds are not kept up very well. Weeds were very high all around the property. We saw many mice and rats running around the housing area. There are large swamps just behind the property and along road to beach that say " poisonous snake area" and we did see several snakes during our stay. It is hard if you have a pet that needs to be walked. They want to enter the tall grassy areas where the rats and snakes are prevalent. I would NEVER rent from Beachball Properties again! They are rude and not a good property manager. We had a very bad experience where they were entering the property (house) while we were away. They gave us no notice and would not change the time so we could be there. I have filed a formal complaint with AirBnB regarding the incident. It is still an active thing at time of this writing.”
