“Let’s start with parking, we were told we would get 2 free parking passes, we only got one. We had to paid $50 per additional vehicle. This was unclear and very hard to figure out how to purchase the additional passes. The property manager I was messaging on Airbnb told me we could only get 1 and that was an HOA rule, they have it in writing in the room that you get 2. Anyway, I asked for the HOA phone number, called them and they showed me the work around to purchase additional passes. Next, we walked up to the door, it looks disgusting, then walk in to the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor and water turned off. We waited a few hours for a guy to come push it back in. Then the next day someone came with a new one (after we were told it was “fixed”). He shut the water back off, dropped off the new one and 6 hours later we had water again. If we could have canceled and got refunded, we would have. Stay somewhere else, this was unacceptable in how things were handled.”

“I wanted to like this place more - truly, I did. The bad - I asked if we could use pool and outdoor amenities before checkin at 4, and the answer was a hard no. This is the first place I've ever stayed that wouldn't allow it, and it materially changed my travel plans. The master bathroom toilet was leaking sewage water with every flush onto the floor, and the ac vent in the kitchen was leaking. Both instances took BeachBall 3 days to fix. The cost when we booked was 488 per night - these issues and The staffs unresponsiveness are unacceptable for that price point. Lastly - none of the staff were remotely hospitable, and I'm not asking for much here. It was evident they only care about you following their rules and getting your money. They mention multiple times how they'll kick you off the property if you violate rules, but not one 'we hope you enjoy your stay'. IMHO not worth the cost. Phoenix properties are superior and are cheaper.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed for the week. The quick walk to the beach and morning/evening views were great.”

“This Condo was absolutely fabulous!! The views the views the views! It was very spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was in the home. Extra bedsing and even a hideaway bed was tucked away for a small child. The property is beautiful and the personnel was very friendly. It was clean and met every expectation!!!!”

“This is our second time staying at this specific location and same room. The room is perfect t for a family. We only had one issue when we were there and upon messaging the staff the issue that responded quickly and had it fixed promptly. Overall I would come back to this unit and facility again hands down!”

“We enjoyed our time. It was frustrating for our door code not to work the first night. Was able to get new code. Wifi code did not work, had to call to get another password. Other than that, the condo was nice.”

“Beautiful location, beautiful view, great dock though a boat lift would have been nice. The mattresses all need to be replaced. Very thin on plywood. Biggest issue were the cameras ALL OVER THE PROPERTY!!!!! I believe there were 8 cameras. Not relaxing. Should be disclosed prior to booking. Would not rebook or recommend to friends.”
