I want to be honest and respectful with my review. Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The rooms were not as clean as expected and had a noticeable musty/mildew smell. The couches were visibly stained, and the overall condition of the property felt dated and poorly maintained. The kitchen had very minimal amenities, and some of the utensils and cookware were old and did not appear sufficiently clean. I also found the $60 paid parking fee to be excessive, especially considering the overall condition and value of the stay. For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained space. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because the property has potential. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Location is excellent - no long stairs being a ground floor condo. Just a couple of stairs to get to the walkway. It’s also the corner unit with plenty of parking. Very easy to get to. They should really give 2 parking passes - $50 for an extra is steep. The condo was very clean and the balcony was spacious. I liked that it’s not close to the crowded condos so it was more peaceful. Beach access right across the street. The pool was nice but a little warm and small. There’s a covered area with a tv and chairs/tables by the pool. The bedrooms were good. Pillows were comfortable. The living room and kitchen are ok - not really room to sit for dinner if you have more than two people. Just a small table with 2 chairs and 2 barstools on the counter. The condo is a little dated and needs some maintenance repairs. But, it was great for what we needed as we were not really in the condo much. And for the price you can’t really beat it as long as you know you are not booking for luxury.

I did not like having to sign an outside contract and an additional 300.00 deposit. This was unexpected when using Airbnb. Read the tiny fine print on the drop downs before booking. The place needs a serious deep clean. The walls in the second bedroom are painted only halfway up the walls (the sheet around the mattress had a bunch of red stains at the corners, the kitchen was very limited in cooking supplies, pillow and a blanket were not provided for the pull out sofa (only sheets), many of the floor tiles are cracked and broken throughout the house (kids had to wear sandals inside), the cushions on the furniture were coming apart and in rough shape. For the cost, I expected more. We’ve stayed in the Gulf Shore area several times over the years. As far as value, it’s overpriced in my opinion. A positive, it was a short walk to the beach. Communication with the property management team came off rude and condescending. I will not stay at this location in the future.

It was a great location. We did have a few problems which inconvenienced us for one night , our bed collapsed, but someone was sent the next morning to fix it. Sliding door was very hard to open so we hardly went on the balcony so you could see the beach. However for the size of our family it was fine.

We truly loved the location of this property!! It was close enough to restaurants, but far enough away that the beach across the street wasn't as packed as other spots. The walk to the beach was amazing!! A few set backs the property has is the fact that it only has a "starter kit" for things like toilet paper, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies. This was not listed on listing and we were notified 2 days before. It only offered one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, but can accommodate 8 people. It was annoying to have to supply our own. Additionally, the kitchen is very limited on what it has available.
