“We absolutely loved staying here! We had the best time. It was beautiful and so close to everything we wanted to do! Would 100% recommend!!”

“Unfortunately, this stay was a nightmare. Before arrival, staff were rude about check-in and told us to sit outside until 4:00. When we entered, there was trash, beer bottles/cans, and debris in the yard. Inside was dirty, with sand and dirt on rugs. Roaches were throughout the house, especially the bunk room, so our kids slept on the couch the entire trip. Maggots from the outside trash area were crawling into the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs AC leaked heavily, soaking the floor and our luggage, and there was existing water damage/warped closet door. A wall switch later smoked, popped, and crackled from moisture; the breaker did not trip and the smoke alarm did not activate, which terrified our family. Management seemed unconcerned and mostly just said thanks for letting us know. On the last night, an upstairs vent cover crashed down and woke everyone. The home was not clean, safe, or properly maintained, and we lost significant vacation time dealing with issues.”

“Let’s start with parking, we were told we would get 2 free parking passes, we only got one. We had to paid $50 per additional vehicle. This was unclear and very hard to figure out how to purchase the additional passes. The property manager I was messaging on Airbnb told me we could only get 1 and that was an HOA rule, they have it in writing in the room that you get 2. Anyway, I asked for the HOA phone number, called them and they showed me the work around to purchase additional passes. Next, we walked up to the door, it looks disgusting, then walk in to the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor and water turned off. We waited a few hours for a guy to come push it back in. Then the next day someone came with a new one (after we were told it was “fixed”). He shut the water back off, dropped off the new one and 6 hours later we had water again. If we could have canceled and got refunded, we would have. Stay somewhere else, this was unacceptable in how things were handled.”
