“This place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was great. The beach was walking distance and the amenities were awesome. I would recommend this for a family vacation and will definitely come back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was actually more than we realized. It had a great location for shopping, food, coffee, and treats right in the resort. The house was great, the pool guy came during our stay and surprised us by being in the backyard without knocking to let us know so that did startle us but he was nice and let us know he was shocking the pool and how long to stay out. I would definitely recommend this place for a family stay! It felt very safe and we liked that you had to have a pass to get in to the community.”

“This place was calming and beautiful! Our family came from Atlanta, Georgia, and we loved the private pool and easy beach access. The neighborhood was friendly, and everyone was very helpful. However, a few things could be improved. Some basic supplies like dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels were missing, and the nearest store is quite far. One of the bunk beds had a safety issue, the top bunk was missing two screws on the handrail, which could be dangerous. We also had a problem with cockroaches and other pests, even though we kept all food stored properly. We also had an issue with the parking pass. Even though we followed the instructions and provided the driver's name, number, and email, we weren’t actually registered at first. We called Prickett’s office and they said we were, but security said they had just received the info. It took about 30 minutes to sort out not a big deal, but a bit of an inconvenience.”

“House was in perfect shape and the pool was great to relax in. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach or you have access to parking closer to the hotels.”
