“Internet and TV’s barely worked entire stay which at night make it tough with kids. Pool stayed dirty with pump & filter not running continuous.”

“Honestly I really hate giving lower reviews but I wasn’t 100% happy with this Airbnb. Cons- poison ivy everywhere , didn’t provide toliet paper of paper towels (1 roll of each. Upstairs and down stairs) I feel like when I pay the price we did we could have more than just 1 roll of each. We had 9 people in our house. Upstairs is not connected which isn’t a big deal I would have just like to know when booking. Comforter still had “blood stain” from prior comments, the skirts of the bed were so dirty they were black. Someone just kind of pushed it under the bed to make it unnoticeable. Tv remotes wouldn’t work, Tv in spare bedroom won’t work at all. Gate on the back patio was broken and that was very important because I gave 2 toddlers I was trying to keep away from a pool. About 2 days in on our week trip the upstairs smelt awful from sewer/p-trap. I really feel like this house needs to be cleaned and minor fixes. It has such potential but it was a let down.”

“Our stay was pretty good, location was good although the house was pretty run down, during the second night of our 4 night stay the hot tub completely stopped working. When the pool guy came out to look at it he said it wouldn’t be fixed for a few days, and that we didn’t do anything to break it, as it had broken 3 previous times. That was very disappointing because we were all very excited to use the hot tub. When we asked for a late checkout on our last day I was hoping for some flexibility since one of the major amenities was broken, but we were told it would be $150 to check out late. Other than the house being pretty run down and the hot tub not working our stay was good. I would still probably rent with this company again.”
