Please be aware this company communicates outside Airbnb with additional contract terms and prefers not to use Airbnb messenger, so communications are hidden. While the property was fine, I had problems afterward and would look elsewhere for any rentals on Smith Lake in the future.”

“The location and the spaciousness of the home were great! We had plenty of room to enjoy our family of 15. There were plenty of towels, cookware, and dinning utensils. However, there were several Maintenace and safety issues that should have been addressed prior to being rented to anyone. This could absolutely be an outstanding rental if the maintenance of the home was kept up and the safety issues addressed.”
