“We enjoyed aspects of this stay, especially the dog‑friendly setup. The pet door and accommodations for traveling with our dogs were genuinely helpful, and the location was convenient and close to where we were meeting friends. We did experience a few challenges during the visit. The HVAC system wasn’t working properly, so we didn’t have air conditioning for the first two nights. The owner came out to assess the issue, and the first night was refunded, which we appreciated. The management company communicated consistently, but the actual resolution didn’t happen until more than halfway through our stay. One of the guest beds was quite worn and had a noticeable dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. We also noticed a few bugs inside, suggesting the property could benefit from updated pest control. Overall, the owner was kind and responsive, and there were features of the home we truly appreciated. With some attention to the HVAC, bedding, and pest it will be great.”
