Manager Review

Dreamline Suites

Dreamline Suites's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We request for early check in and Paid as per Josh request ($20) And when we arrive at location Lock was not authorized. We waited for almost 30 minutes. Worst part is there are no body wash and Hair shampoos in any Restrooms . Looks like no maintenance at all As we noticed broken blinds of Front window. We sent photos to josh

We enjoyed the home and had a comfortable stay. However, communication with the host was disappointing. He promptly charged us when we added guests, but when our guest count decreased, we had to ask twice before the charge was adjusted. We also requested an iron that was missing from the home, but it was not delivered until two days later, after we no longer needed it. The home was nice, but the host’s responsiveness and customer service left room for improvement.

Negatives: - AI responses made it difficult to get responses in regard to what was actually offered with the rental as well as assistance in general since there was no number to reach the rental agency either. - Very little to no cleaning supplies. - We were told that we had access to the pool on the water by the light house and the beach next to it but it was for another set of condos within the gated community, not the one we were renting. - The photos were edited or outdated as the patio was not as clean as in the photos and the rental had wear and tear over the years so the condo was not as nice as the photos perceived it. - Trash under the bed. Positives: - It was a nice place to stay close to many restaurants and shopping in downtown Dadeville, AL. - Wildlife was cool to see. - Gated community was nice for safety. - Close to a great restaurant within the community.

The house itself is nice & clean but the listing is very misleading - it is not a private pool, it’s a shared community pool. Every time we hoped to use it, there was a bunch of unruly children out there. Our check in process was also a nightmare. Josh did respond quickly & got it handed in an hour. However, this business tries to do things / have check in instructions outside of Airbnb that were unclear, then the code they provided for the lock did not work. Neither did the next few they gave us, we had to wait outside later at night in the rain while they figured out one that worked. Overall - one of the more disappointing Airbnb stays we’ve had & my fiance & I are extremely well traveled & use them all the time. I understand there’s not many Airbnb’s in the area but the price was outrageous for what we ended up getting

I have been to this area numerous times for work, first time staying at this Airbnb - Overall, I don’t consider myself a snob, but the apartment stayed at 74 degrees for majority of my stay. I changed the thermostat and it took days (3 days), before it went down to 70. Also, lots to stains on furniture, scuffs on walls, and the living room ceiling fan didn’t work. I messaged about the AC and ceiling fan and got a response, but no follow through (I stayed for 4 nights). Also found a random shirt in the closet with hairs on it and there needs to be a tv in the bedroom (which I knew there wasn’t one before, but that was before the air and ceiling fan issues). I did get to walk around town a lot for work and hangouts, but the place itself wasn’t the best for the price and conditions.

Place was not clean upon arrival and hosts never answers you when you try reaching out, their chat is ran by AI, I didn’t get any response from a actual host so honestly it’s no telling if they even check on the people who stays here. I got 0 communication from them and ended up reaching out to customer service instead and they were able to help me. Shower was filthy, I didn’t even shower there because it was bad and I didn’t feel comfortable at all, I also saw a few bugs just laying around and I saw a few stains on the sheets. I ended up leaving early, I do not recommend this stay if you are someone who cares about being comfortable and staying somewhere clean, I wouldn’t give them my money ever again.

Roaches and mosquitoes REALLY REALLY BAD! The host kept giving run around on when they were coming to spray and never gave us anything definitive, had to cancel stay early because the pests were getting worse daily that you stop caring about the location. BRING SHOWER SHOES!!! Dresser falling apart, toilet moves if you lean to far in any direction, every single dish/pot in that kitchen had to be recleaned because it was either sticky or dusty and greeted with a bowl of granola bars that expired in 2023. Their chat is ran by AI and all their outdoor furniture is unusable because it’s dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Upon arriving around 17:40, I observed neighbors openly smoking what appeared to be drugs in the driveway. The occupants of the adjacent unit were blocking the shared entrance, drinking heavily, and behaving loudly in a way that made the environment feel unsafe. I left immediately without ever entering the property. I contacted the hosts right away. Rather than addressing the situation meaningfully, they asked whether I had taken photos and stated they would only consider a refund if I canceled and they were able to rebook the unit. Canceling would also have prevented me from leaving this review. The hosts claimed it was safe to return, but I was not willing to risk my safety. Travelers should understand this is not a quiet or secure environment, and the hosts were unwilling to take responsibility when serious concerns were raised.

We stayed for the weekend with our family and two pets. The house itself is spacious with a nice backyard for dogs, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t up to expectations, we found bugs, spider webs, and hair on the shower walls. One of the shared bathroom showers clogged and had no hot water. While the host provided toiletries the next day, the shower issues weren’t addressed during our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Before arrival, I asked about the possibility of an early check-in and was told it would depend on cleaning and maintenance, but if ready we could check in free of charge. They knew ahead of time that we were hoping to check in early and told us they would try to accommodate this if possible. On the day of arrival, we explained we would be arriving just 20 minutes before the 4pm check-in time with two small children and asked if it would be possible to enter slightly early, but were told we would either need to wait until exactly 4pm or pay an additional $20. The condo itself also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The three-seater sofa was broken, with a large tear on one end and a collapsed seat. We reported this during our stay and were told something would be worked out, but nothing was ever done. The rest of the sofas were very uncomfortable and lumpy. Cleanliness was a major disappointment. We found old earrings lef
