“5 stars overall love the house and the area it was in. Just was a bit confused when I had to go to another place for the key kinda wish they had a digital lock with a key pad. But they gave super clear instructions how where to go so no harm no foul, super close to the house as well. We went into hot springs a lot and the drive there was not bad 20ish mins not speeding (I had my mom with me lol) but there is a lot to do around the house”

“Everything was good and very easy access. Very nice view and had lots kitchen tools, towels, untisils, and etc to use, very useful. No issues. would come back!”

“The home itself was suitable for our needs. It was clean and the property itself was as advertised. Good location etc. The posting does not tell you that onsite entry is not available. You only learn this information a few days prior to arrival. The house is on the East end of the Village. You are required to pick up the keys and a paper arrival package on the West end of the Village - about a 40 minute round trip as well as returning the keys. In 2026 this management company should invest in a key lockbox with an entry code and email the welcome package.”

“The property was even more beautiful than the posted pictures. We literally didn't want to leave and thought about extending our stay. There was plenty of space and the drive into downtown Hot Springs was easy and not bad at all. We will be booking again as this property felt like home with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of things to do in the Village and trails to hike. Loved it!”

“The entire place was amazing. I wish we had time to enjoy the lake and fishing amenities but we golfed all weekend and the house was perfect. would definitely stay here again!”

“Had to drive 30 mins to just grab a check in package. That could just be provided via email to avoid that trip late evening. ACs in the home didn’t work for 2 of 3 days. Village did fix AC by sending technician but it was inconvenience for 2 nights and kids didn’t sleep at night as temperature in house was almost 86 even with fans on. House location and other amenities were very good.”

“The house was nice, had a great view of the golf course. We were disappointed because the 3rd bedroom wasn't set up yet (sofa bed) even though we already booked the place for 6 people. No grill also was a huge downer (picture had it).”

“The house itself was great. Very nice, great location, comfortable beds, etc. I was a little frustrated by the fact that I had to drive 50 minutes round trip to the office to pick up a check in packet which could have easily been sent via e-mail. There was no physical keys or anything. It’s 2026 and I felt this was totally unnecessary and inconvenient. Also, the hot-tub wouldn’t heat properly. I never messaged the host about it because it was a short stay so they didn’t have the chance to fix the issue, but it is worth noting. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and I would certainly book again if the host changes the check-in procedures.”

“I did not like this Airbnb. Kitchen sink was not draining properly. Bathroom sinks were clogged. The blankets in the room were smelly. AC unit will not shoot up than 78F. We had to use separate fan units to sleep at night. It’s a nice location but the unit needs to be worked upon”
