“We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“Our experience with this property was disappointing. Although the sunset views were incredible, we weren’t happy with a few important things to us . The air conditioning was not able to keep up with the heat outside . We are accustomed to a comfortable 72 and the ac didn’t go lower than 76. For that reason we weren’t able to use the master . The essential items for a home were so bare minimum we had to get cleaning supplies, bathroom toiletries , even the kitchen was frustrating to utilize the stove top . Make sure you read the extensive rules and instructions as well … not a fan”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at Vesteva’s vacation rental! The home was a modern, open design with everything we needed for a perfect vacation! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and having a TV outside made it so nice to be able to watch the playoffs while swimming!! There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery nearby which made everything easy! Our pups loved sunbathing outside! It was perfect! We are already looking forward to returning back next year 🩷”

“As someone who has frequented this area, this rental was one of the very best! Located in what I believe is the best area in Cape Coral. It is super quiet, great surroundings and neighbors, safe for those with young children and an immaculate property. The living space was extremely clean and very well appointed. All bedrooms were also very clean, mattresses were very comfortable, and linens were comfortable. Lanai was large and had plenty of open space for relaxing and for young ones to roam around far from the pool. Pool was extremely well taken care of and not full of chemicals. The boat lift and available boat rental is really nice and something we will take advantage of in a future stay. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to those looking in this area!”

“Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt – es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und der angenehm beheizte Pool war ein Highlight. Auch die ruhige Umgebung, die grosszügige Garage und die Möglichkeit, direkt vor der Haustür joggen zu gehen, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Warum keine fünf Sterne: Nach der Buchung mussten wir einen zusätzlichen Vertrag unterschreiben, was aus Schweizer Sicht unnötig wirkt, da Airbnb bereits alle relevanten Punkte regelt. Zudem fanden wir bei der Ankunft Ölspuren in der Garage. Da dies eine Rutschgefahr darstellte, bat ich um Reinigung – leider ohne ernsthafte Reaktion. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen sollte jemand kommen, was dann aber doch nicht geschah. Am Ende habe ich es selbst gereinigt. Für fünf Sterne hätten wir uns hier mehr Verlässlichkeit gewünscht.”

“Our stay was disappointing overall despite a great location. While the home is centrally located with easy boat access and nearby amenities, major issues overshadowed the positives. The outdoor area had problems: a disassembled dock table was never fixed despite promises, furniture was rusted and flaking, and there was a significant ant infestation across the dock, yard, and pool area. Inside, conditions were worse. The house smelled musty and remained uncomfortably warm due to undisclosed AC restrictions (not below 74°F), making it hard to sleep. Several fans didn’t work, and although management said they’d send help, no one ever came. Cleanliness was lacking, with visible stains, hair in showers, and a dirty freezer/ice maker. Outdated plumbing requiring 1-ply toilet paper was also not disclosed in advance. Poor maintenance, lack of follow-through, and missing communication made the stay frustrating. We would not choose properties managed by Vesteva again.”

“owners a very cheap. one garbage bag for a stay of 8 days then told by owners go buy them we only gove one per check in. secondly instructions on what temperature you must keep the AC. I live in FL so I know that you cannot have the AC between 74 and 78 while the temperature outside during our stay was 84. the house has a musty smell due to nit having the AC on a proper temperature. there are blinds missing. its a shame because the house has potential if the owners would put a little TLC into it. owners should not be in this business if they cannot afford to have more than one garbage bag and f9r you to be able to put the temperature of the AC at the temperature you want without being warned that you may pay a dollar amount if you go over a certain amount of Kilowatt in electricity....this is ridiculous”
