“We enjoyed the place, only problem was the air conditioner nest was not secured onto the wall, and it fell off when we turned it. We reported this to them, but they never responded.”

“As an Airbnb host myself, I try to be fair, but this stay fell short in several areas. Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned, and we found two large dead cockroaches inside, which was concerning. The master bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the home, making it uncomfortable. While someone was sent out, the process was inconvenient and required more effort on our end than it should have. A cleaner was also sent, but the issues were not addressed and the condition remained the same. There were maintenance concerns as well. The flooring had visible damage, and the screen door, which is meant to keep bugs out, was not in good condition. The floors, sinks, and outdoor area all needed more attention. Overall, there is potential, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and follow-through are needed.”
