“The house itself is absolutely stunning and made for a wonderful stay. However, we were disappointed by the cleanliness upon arrival. The home was quite dusty, and we found hair on the bedding in the primary bedroom that wasn't ours. While the property is beautiful, it didn't meet our expectations regarding housekeeping standards.”

“We had trouble getting into one of the areas of the house, and there was a very slow response from the management company to get in. We did get in after calling several numbers.”

“Good neighborhood, house was okay, the pool was too cold. The house rules kept the home too warm and the living room in particular did not cool as well as the rest of the house. The kitchen lacked standard cooking items like casserole dishes, foil, plastic bags, we had to supply trash bags and other common needs.”

“The house way amazing. The amenities and everything in the house was great! The pool was a great temperature and house was everything we needed. When we needed help communicating the door code was not working, it was impossible to receive help over the phone. Beside that night, the house was great.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The photos are accurate and the rooms and bathrooms were bigger than expected. The home was clean but lacked attention to dirty walls, some trash outside, stains on pillowcases, and check in instructions. The code given did not work for our main entrance. Someone was supposed to come fix it, but no one showed. Therefore, we had to walk around the back (on rocks) or hop the wall to access the front door. We paid extra for early check in but could not enjoy the yard due to pool maintenance arriving. The guest bedroom mattresses kept falling through the frame due to the slats not being put in place. We had to continuously lift the mattresses and fix them throughout the weekend. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the home is very nice. Unfortunately, we just experienced some inconveniences. We would still recommend this home for your group as it fit all of us and we did love hanging out in the yard and hot tub.”

“We were shocked by the amount of 5 star reviews until after our stay when the host reached out explictly asking for them. We felt misled so while our stay was okay, there are some important things to note for those booking. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed a significant amount of dog poop in the front and back yards. The pool was filthy- there was pieces of lettuce (yes, lettuce) and paper towels floating throughout. We were told it was because of the wind. The interior of the house was clean but you could tell it’s not well maintained: wallpaper was slumping off in the master bedroom, vinyl flooring peeling up, random nails in the walls. These are cosmetic and didnt cause issues for our stay. Ultimately, our stay was okay. The outdoor pizza oven was nice and there was a significant amount of seating. Check in and check out was simple and clear and easy access to washer and dryer was a plus.”

“This house is beautiful. However, there are a few things that I did need attention. There was an unbearable smell in the backyard. So hanging out was not easy. The Basketball Court needs work some attention and the backyard overall needs work, and cleaning. There was ants and some of the pillows had hairs on them. I felt like it needs more cleaning overall and details and instruction on things like the spa and fireplace”

“Vacanza Stays staff was courteous and friendly. It took a couple of days to respond to a list of concerns. Although they offered to repair some of them, the most important was the latch from home to pool, and the toddler that we were most concerned about was leaving the property the same day they could repair. Did not repair fire pit or pool table and never delivered a hose to clean patio and deck. The house has a great layout. It's a bit tired. I wouldn't go back.”

“We booked this home specifically to enjoy a family stay using the pool and spa, but unfortunately they were not functional during our visit. The pool and spa temperature remained around 61 degrees, despite multiple attempts to communicate the issue with the host. Because of this, we ultimately cut our trip short by one day. The house itself felt tired and in need of repairs. For a home that accommodated four guests, there were only five bath towels provided for the entire stay, which was insufficient. Overall, the property did not meet expectations for the price or the amenities advertised, particularly the pool, which was the primary reason we booked. Host was non-responsive other than requesting a five star review.”
