We took a very short stroll to the golf cart rental and then took the cart to the beach and explored the island. This lovely home is in a perfect location and we will definitely be choosing it again when we return to Tybee.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Southern Tides. The house had plenty of room for our group. We especially loved the screened porches. The children were crazy about their room with all the bunks. So cozy and cute! The pool was great. We were glad for some shade after being at the beach in the warm sun. We would recommend this property highly. So much charm and character and lots of room for a group to spread out.”

“Great stay and place was as advertised. Had a group of 12 with young kids along for the trip. Everything was used on our stay from the pool, full kitchen, pickle ball court, beach, poker table, legit pinball machine and outdoor grilling area. We assigned dinners throughout the stay to members of our family and the kitchen had everything to accommodate. Awesome stay for the family! Improvement areas for the stay. We booked over Memorial Day week but price was high compared to other weeks of the year and it felt like we paid above premium. Beach access is private but getting to it needs to be improved. It is a steep incline and decline. Steps need to be added to make it safe and fully accessible. Other houses had better accessibility. Paper towels and toilet paper were thin and cheap and I’m sure part of the management company’s inventory. With having several bikes on property and having them all locked up seemed a bit weird to me. Would be nice to have at least 4 of them available.”

“We enjoyed the close proximity to the neach access andcof course the carefully curated decor of Ebbtide - lots of history and charm that felt very appropriate for the setting. The modern and fully stocked kitchen was great for the times when we wanted to cook meals together. Very comfortable for big families or multiple familes.”

“Tybee Island is absolutely lovely and we will definitely visit again. The cottage was quaint with a vintage vibe. I loved that it had a claw foot bathtub upstairs and used it many times. Thank you for the stay!”
