True Property Management's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“DO NOT STAY. Pool was inaccessible. The shower on the lower level sprayed water up towards the ceiling. Host was notified & these concerns were not handled same day. At 9:40pm, night 2, the shower in the bathroom of the mid level leaked water below the flooring onto bed/linens/mattress of the lower level and soaked through the mattress. Videos & images were sent to the host. The host gave us a name & number to call for a service team member. The host denied replacement housing, a replacement mattress, & told us we could “flip the mattress so that the wet area was at the foot of the bed.” My family left the following morning.”airbnb

“When we got there, the cleaner was still there and arrived about 30 minutes after check in. I called to check because it was hard to tell if it was the cleaner or another family. I was told that we were in central time and I actually was trying to check in early. I told her that the eastern part of Tennessee is eastern and she kept telling me it was central then out of nowhere she hung up. About 10 minutes later the cleaner was done and he was a nice guy and apologized for the slight delay and my wife and I didn’t mind the delay once we realized it was a cleaner. The cleaner did a great job other than some dust here and there, like under the bed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and don’t have any complaints. We were close to gatlinburg and sevierville. The last thing is the outside table was broken, they called and said they’d fix it and they never came to fix it. I would recommend it for the price for sure.”airbnb

“Good value for the price. The cabin felt homey, but overall, we weren't super impressed with it. Floors weren't swept, towels were folded but had hair on them, kitchen was missing a few basic amenities, and one of the basement toilets was constantly making loud water noises like once every minute which made it hard to sleep.”airbnb

“I booked this property based on the amenities advertised and expected them to be available and functioning throughout my stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that key amenities were not available as represented, which significantly impacted my vacation experience. These issues were not disclosed before check-in, leaving me with limited options after traveling to the property. I promptly documented the concerns and communicated them to the host. While the host responded, the explanations provided did not change the fact that the amenities I specifically paid for were unavailable. The host also referenced older guest reviews as proof that everything had been working; however, reviews from previous stays do not verify the condition of the property at the time of my arrival. The property has potential and may meet the needs of some travelers, but the lack of advertised amenities reduced the value of the stay. I encourage future guests to verify that any amenities are working.”airbnb

“While we appreciated the overall location of this cabin, the listing did not mention that the cabin is situated in a neighborhood with other rentals, which led to a loud and rowdy environment at night. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the pool is a public community facility rather than a private amenity as the description implied. Upon arrival, the floors were dirty and we found a used feminine hygiene product left in the main floor bathroom. As I was traveling with my nine-month-old daughter who is currently crawling, this was particularly concerning from a sanitary perspective. Furthermore, the twin bed downstairs was broken, and there was no shower liner in the upstairs bathroom. We were unable to use the downstairs television properly because the remote was missing and the unit lacked manual power or volume button. Lastly, we noticed the pool bands were missing from the unit, though luckily this did not prevent us from using the pool area. Otherwise, it was a good stay.”airbnb

“Beautiful mountain home and views. Easy to get to downtown. However, noticeably less clean than we were imagining. There were a lot of dead bugs on the couch, in the shower, on the floor, etc. when we arrived. It might have just been a while in between guests stay. So that affected our stay negatively, other than that- a good location and deal.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was no chlorine in the hot tub. There was also a pair of dried up contacts on my night stand. We say a little mouse in the house as well.”airbnb

“we found poop on the fitted sheet at the foot of the bed between the top sheet, and on the fitted sheet, most likely from a small dog, which tells us that the sheets were never cleaned. The hot tub was also gross The floater that is supposed to have chlorine in it was completely empty and the bottom was slimy. no propane for the grill, we found safety pins on the floor. we contacted the host about a partial refund because we had to go to Walmart in the middle of the night to buy new sheets for the bed because they have no bedding in the cabin. The host offered to reimburse us for the sheets and then told us they’d give us 10% off on our next day. We are definitely not interested in staying at a place that does not clean their sheets. if Airbnb would let me leave a longer review I would but unfortunately, they only give you so much room for reviews. Take it for me. Do not stay here if you have a problem you only can talk to AI and it is very not clean.”airbnb

“The cabin was nice. Easy to locate. Easy to get into. Nice to have a hot tub and pool table. Furniture has seen better days. When the wife wanted to drink some wine all there was were plastic cups. Biggest problem was communication. Three of the four tv's in the cabin the remote did not work. Not sure if they needed new batteries or new remotes (you can buy on Amazon for $10). This has been a problem for a while as the welcome instructions suggested we download a Roku app for $6.99 to turn tvs on and off. Very confusing. When we reported the fireplace did not work their only reply was to send a video. Of the fireplace not working? We asked that someone come look. Can you send a video? Do not think we would stay here again.”airbnb

“Dirty bathroom, pubic hair and dust around toilet, very dirty windows(something greasy on back door window and 2 living room window(crosses drawn in the grease), something crusty also on one of the living room windows, dirty hand towel(looked like makeup), dried food on towel hanging on oven handle, shower curtain didnt have enough hooks and was hanging off the rail, and dirty stove top. One single paper towel on the roll in the kitchen. 2 rolls of toilet paper were left on the front doorstep. After all that we wondered if bed linens ens had been changed.”airbnb
