“Came here with 9 peoples for my Wife’s 40th birthday. The house was close enough to downtown and the surrounding areas but far enough away from the bustle of Broadway. House was great for our needs and had everything we needed. 10AM checkout is a bit early, we were outside until 11AM waiting for a rideshare and never saw the cleaner arriving as stated by the owner.”

“absolutely loved the house we had a great time. would stay again for sure. parking can be a little rough but for how close u are to everything and getting around well worth it.”

“Overall the cabin was great-loved the outdoor fire pit and porch...wonderful area for birding and relaxing in the quiet. Close to grocery and other shopping. BBQ needs some TLC, but overall a good value and location.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The home was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful location. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning. An HVAC technician came out twice, but the problem was never fully resolved, only temporary fixes. We only had one comfortable night with working AC. The rest of the stay, especially the last two days when temperatures were in the 90s, was uncomfortably warm upstairs. We reported the issue again but received no response. The bunk beds and trundle beds were also uncomfortable and very squeaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While we enjoyed the property overall, the unresolved AC issue and uncomfortable beds significantly impacted our experience. With those issues addressed, this would be a much better stay.”

“We liked the location. Would rent a vacation home in the neighborhood, but not this home or management company. They were unresponsive. Messaged very late about a delay in our check-in time. Then messaged with an early check-out time that was not in line with the check-out time posted online and in the home. We were traveling and based our travel on the posted times. Flexibility is fine when provided with enough notice, but we just won’t rent from them in the future. Nice location. Has much to offer.”

“The place was good however, if anyone decides to play pickle ball that’s gonna cost you an arm and a leg first it was $35 to reserve the court for one hour then it was an extra $75 just for the paddles for that same hour it’s literally cheaper to buy them. It’s like $30 for a set so I would recommend buying them instead of borrowing them. Also the beach is not enjoyable due to the fact that it’s overcrowded you only have like 100feet of space available and they put up their chairs and umbrellas everywhere that you are supposed to rent as well if you want to enjoy them overall the place was good no complaints there ,but I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“As Air BNB Owners my wife and I were a little miffed over the late and lack of responses upon our arrival… but I will say communication improved and once we entered into the Home, it was simply an afterthought. House was exactly as described and the view was fantastic as well. It was spacious and comfortable and took care of everyone’s needs. “Little lengthy sooo I’ll start with the good- Jonny was extremely communicative, the home was a great fit for 3 couples, 10 min uber to broadway and had coffee & food within walking distance! The bad- the top floor really struggled to keep cool..the AC would not get to a comfortable sleeping temp, which was not ideal coming home after a night on Broadway! Initially the home looked clean but I found a fake eyelash on the couch, all the towels smelled so super musty/moldy…BUT, the icing on the cake is- as soon as I left, while driving to airport realized my bf left his watch there- I Immediately contacted Jonny who reached out to the cleaning crew who then stated that it wasn’t there- which was a LIE. Now, I don’t blame Jonny because he is not onsite- but I will say, considering the home wasn’t cleaned great or by a TRUSTWORTHY team- I’d look into other companies that don’t affect the value of your home.”

“Beautiful place and good service. Only complaint was that checkout was very hurried for the requested amount of cleanup. Loved the private beach and pools.”
