“Great place for family reunion”

“This home is absolutely beautiful. There’s so much to do. The beds were comfortable and we really had zero complaints. Close enough to Broadway yet far enough away from the busy city life. If we were to come back to Nashville, we would stay here again!!”

“I really wanted to give this property 5 stars. I will say the host is super responsive and respectful. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Surrounding area leaves a little to be desired, this is strictly a stay at your place area, you do need to use ride share to get into broadway (10 min ride), but worth it to have a massive and fun themed home for a larger group. We had a couple issues that had prevented me from giving it 5 stars. When we arrived the smoke alarm was beeping, due to low battery. All but 5 of rooftop string lights were out and the “shake & bake” neon pictured in listing didn’t work. We also were unable to use the Photo Booth because it appears to not be charged. While the hosts were apologetic, there was no effort for someone to come rectify. Not having the rooftop ambiance or a working photo booth really was disappointing for our travelers. When you pay this amount of money for a themed residence, you do expect all the items in working order.”

“We had a great stay! The location was perfect, and we loved the themed rooms and how much space the house had for our group. Check-in was easy, and the house was a fun place to stay in Nashville. There were a few areas that could have been improved, including the lack of extra toilet paper (only one roll in each bathroom) and trash bags (only one for the large kitchen bathroom) and several bathroom essentials that were empty or hadn’t been restocked. We also weren’t able to use the patio firepit because the propane was out. One of the beds was broken during our stay, but the owner was quick to respond and get it taken care of. A few of the lights in the glam room also weren’t working due to an issue with the remote, even after trying to replace the batteries. Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the location and unique setup of the house! Very easy and quick to access. Loved how close it was to Broadway and any other activities.”

“Place was great other than a few spiders in the house. It’s a cabin so can’t really expect otherwise. There was a guy working on stuff in the shed behind the air bnb that was not disclosed until the welcome message which made us feel uncomfortable.”

“Wish I could give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I can not. First of all, you’re not renting someone’s place. You’re renting a vacation rental. The company that manages it did not respond when we reached out to them prior to the trip. Turns out that they send you all the instructions via an automated text the day before your trip. When we arrived, we could not work the blinds. We tried calling and messaging, but did not get a response. An hour later we got a hold of maintenance, and they came by, but they could not fix the blinds so we were stuck with them up the whole stay. The location is nice. A cute little vacation rental community. The pool was right at our front door which was convenient, but a little noisy at times, so be prepared for that. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or any seasonings if you’re going to cook. The fridge also needs to air filter replaced, so it yelled at us every time we got water. But overall, the place was nice. Just be prepared to clean”

“We tried to call guest services 4-5 times and no response or call back. We also didn’t receive requested items (we were given 3 bath towels for the entire house, no laundry soap etc).”

“We booked this property in April for a stay in June. Upon arrival, the gate code worked, but the driveway was much longer than advertised and in extremely poor condition. Although we expected a gravel driveway, it was filled with deep ruts and was only passable by our 4WD vehicle. Our group of 10 would not have been able to access the property otherwise. When we reached the house, the door code had not been updated from the previous guest, so we couldn’t get inside. After contacting the host, he acknowledged he had noticed the driveway’s condition earlier that day but had not warned us or addressed the issue. He suggested driving through the grass, which was not a practical solution. There was also overflowing trash left on the property. While the listing photos make the property look great, our experience was the opposite. The poor driveway, incorrect door code, and lack of preparation made for a very frustrating stay, and it took considerable effort to receive a refund through Airbnb”
