The backyard is the real star! private, fully fenced, and lush with tropical fruit trees, garden paths, and cozy lounge spots that made it easy to just hang out together all day. Having the bikes on hand to explore Key Largo was such a great bonus and made getting around effortless and fun. Definitely will book again!”

“I loved this house! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated! My family loved hanging out on the bottom floor. Enjoyed games and bikes provided by the host. Everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels! Very convenient having third bathroom on the bottom outside area. The house is close to restaurants and a good home base for snorkeling adventures. Spotted a beautiful, curious manatee twice in the Marina while we were there. MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS EVER!! Responsive host with good directions!”

After a busy and hectic schedule at Universal Orlando, our family of three couldn’t have picked a better place to relax and chill out for 11 nights. The condo was incredibly well-stocked and had absolutely everything we could have asked for. Our son Gabriel loves to fish and he was over the moon about having our own private pier. He couldn't believe his luck catching a Nurse Shark, Tarpons, Snapper, and Stingrays right outside! We also loved exploring Marathon and the surrounding Florida Keys. Your location made it so easy to visit Horseshoe Beach, Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Pigeon Key, and take the Lady Marathon Boat Trip. “The host was awesome. She was patient. I am not a tech guy so I wasn’t getting the messages. We arrived late got stuck in traffic. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing. They were very understanding. Everything was exactly what they said it was. it was awesome. I loved the little place. I loved the beachy vibe. Everything was clean thank you guys so much. I appreciate you and if I ever make it down there again, I’ll probably stay there. I would definitely recommend it.”

“The condo was great and lived up to expectations from the photos and description. Yuni was helpful whenever we had an inquiry. The location is in a peaceful part of Key Colony Beach. The access to the Cabana Club was a plus and allowed us options as to two different types of pool experiences. Our only disappointment was that the sargassum on the beach on the property was not raked during our week stay. As we were leaving on Saturday morning, the tractor appeared on the property for the first time. We were fortunate that the smell was not overwhelming during our stay. Access to local restaurants was great and there are a variety of things to do in Marathon Key and surrounding area.”

“We had an amazing stay at this unique beach house in Key Largo! The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The fenced yard was a great bonus, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the water. The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical fruit plants that really add to the charm. Inside, the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool, and we always had plenty of hot water for showers. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, and the neighbors were friendly as well, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a comfortable, unique place to stay in Key Largo, we highly recommend this beach house. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Our stay at Finer Things in Key Colony beach was wonderful. The host was fantastic and we loved the condo. I would be mindful, having never gone to the Florida Keys about the Sargassum in the water and on the beach. We were not able to use the beach at all, however that was mother nature's fault not our host. It also typically is not that heavy. The view and the pool were still great, and my older boys fished from the pier and caught nurse sharks. They also saw manatees and pelicans. Our host gave us excellent alternative beach recommendations which we used instead. We also visited Sombrero beach which was very nice and right in town. I would highly recommend Horseshoe beach and Veteran's memorial beach both about a 25 minute drive away across the 7 mile bridge. There are also 2 great restaurants very close, Sparky's landing and Havana Jack's. Sunset beach is also a very nice spot right in Key Colony. You can't swim there, but it's a beautiful place to enjoy the sunset on the ocean.”
