“Everything about our stay was great! Tahoe Properties was extremely friendly and helpful. we initially had issues with 2 of the 4 this, and their staff was responsive and sent someone to add brand new roku's within hours. the house itself is as pictured. its a great space with provided amenities. its winter season and it snowed, the heating worked great and it was nice to have the fireplaces to use. beds were comfy. loved having everything you need to cook meals in home. it was great that there was a farmers market within walking distance. we traveled with kids/teens, and there were not once bored. we played with the board games that are also in the home. you have balconies in the front and back of the home. a very quiet neighborhood. there are instructions posted all over the home should you forget about the lights. fan/heat and especially the important the trash/recycle instructions for the bear box. we give this place a 10/10!”

“We had a 12 hr power outage. Although not preventable or able to be fixed by the property manager, communication regarding the issue was extremely poor. There is no 24/7 maintenance or repair although it is listed. We received no updates unless we called and called again. There was no heat and fire starters were not provided until 8 hrs after we made the request. I asked if other accommodations could be checked in case power was not turned back on, and no help was provided. Overall the unit was nice and worked well for our stay. I could not get the lock box open since it was frozen over. Calling did not help since the manager could not understand the issue. It didn’t seem like they knew what a key lock box was. It also would have been nice to know that the unit was at the very top of the complex and 50 stairs needed to be climbed with all our luggage and ski gear in the snow and icy steps. As my teenage daughter said, I can’t believe we had to pay to stay here, they shud have paid us!”

“Awesome stay during a huge blizzard. They were very easy to communicate with and the cabin is a great spot to stay if you plan on skiing or hiking in the area!”
