“Ashley and Ryan really are amazing and thoughtful hosts. We stayed in their On mountain time cabin and it was a wonderful place to stay. It's private, beautiful grounds, relaxing and simple decor which makes it feel homey rather then being in someone else's home. While still being within reasonable distance to go do whatever you want. This was a spend time with family vacation for us and there was plenty to do together at the cabin. We could have stayed in the whole time and been perfectly entertained and happy. They thought of everything, there are enough supplies to get you started and/ or keep you through the week in every way. They labeled all the light switches which was genius along with signs of instructions to help along the way. Such a wonderful little touch of thoughtfulness. They messaged from before getting there to the day you leave with tips, recommendations, reminders, and answered any message sent to them promptly. I definitely recommend them and any place they offer.”

“Our stay at On Mountain Time was an amazing adventure! From a flatlander’s perspective, the driveway can be intimidating, but once you reach the cabin, it is absolutely worth the climb! The lock was easy to use, and we appreciated the extra manual lockboxes as a great backup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the cookware was even better quality than what I have at home! The game room was a hit with everyone, especially the pool table. Our teenage boys loved the cozy first-floor bedrooms, and having a bathroom nearby made getting ready easy. After long days exploring the mountains, relaxing in the hot tub was pure paradise! The top-floor master suite was a true retreat, with a huge bathroom, soaking tub, beautiful shower, king-size bed, and balcony. This cabin was the perfect combination of mountain adventure and the comforts of home. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back!”

“We had a great stay at On Mountain Time. The location was perfect. Smack in the middle between Cherokee and Bryson City made entertainment and adventure options plentiful! The house was set up perfectly with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My teens loved the arcade room and pool table. The pups were right at home as well. It was so nice to wake to the birds chirping and mountains in the distance. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!”

“Our family had a great time in the mountains. We had storms during our stay which knocked out the internet but our host’s team came through for us and set up a Starlink system during the outage. We greatly appreciated as without that, we had minimal ability to communicate. Great place to get away and host provided a lot of games and activities throughout. This is a very private setting and a peaceful place to unwind.”

The cabin is beautiful and Ashley and Ryan thought of everything to make sure our trip was 5 Stars! We loved this cabin and can’t wait to come back one day. We enjoyed using all the amenities-especially the game room and bocce ball court!”

“Place was great! Went for the weekend and even though upstairs AC isn’t there the fans were great and never got too hot. Cabin was walking distance from lake and coffee, peaceful and has all the necessities! Thanks for having us!”
