“We had a very enjoyable stay. The location felt very safe and was within a short walk of several great restaurants and cafés. It’s an excellent location if you don’t mind the normal noise that comes with busy city life, including passing trains and street noise. The beds were very comfortable, with clean linens and fresh towels, which we really appreciated. The kitchen could have used a little more cleaning, but overall the apartment was comfortable and worked well for our group. We were a party of five traveling with a tiny dog, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We would happily stay here again!”

“The space was very dirty. It looked like had not been cleaned since before the people who stayed prior to us. I found trash, pills, handprints, paw prints, and a lot of dust everywhere. The water filter in the refrigerator was overdue to be changed. The washing machine was broken. The unit itself was also very loud. We could hear everything going on in the other units. Parking was difficult but expected in fishtown. On the positive side, the location was very convenient. We found everything easy to walk to. Overall the stay left a lot to be desired and I wouldn’t recommend this over other stays in the area.”

“It was good other than all of the communication around deposit and check in”

“The space looked as it did in the listing, however the air conditioning didn't work while we stayed there. I reported this multiple times and we were advised that a technician came out and repaired it but it was never repaired. The third time that we reported it, we never got an update until I reached out again. We were offered to transfer to another unit, but by that time we only had a couple days left and it was going to be more trouble to move than to stay in the apartment. The water pressure in one of the bathroom sinks was very low and we were told it was due to the apartment being on the 8th floor. However the water pressure and the other sinks was fine. It is definitely worth paying for the parking because street parking is nearly impossible.”

“Bed was comfortable. Great view. The shower had no grab bars and the tub was very slippery. There were no towels, washcloths or bathmat provided and after repeated texts to virtual host, we finally got them almost 24 hrs later. The floors were very dirty. Very sparsely equipped.”

“Smaller than expected but clean . Unnecessary confirmation and fees to get the code to the bnb .. should’ve been mentioned before anyone can even book a stay . 4/10”

“Although I was contacted about the noise ordinance the night before about me being loud which I was alone and asleep the next night it was a full out 3 hour fight and a party in the hallway that kept me up and I had to be to my jobsite at 3am. I contacted the host a hour in to when I first heard the commotion it never got dealt with.”

“The place is listed beautifully and shows as it’s posted. Not too noisey, train wasn’t as bad as I expected which I thought would be an issue. My issue was multiple time me contacting them and over 24+ hours of a request to be completed. No toilet paper any where to be found (24+ hrs to get), sheets were dirty, and the electric lock kept saying low battery causing issues to get inside (especially late at night). Lack of urgency for sure.”

“The location is perfect! It is a couple flights of stairs and there’s a trolley track pretty close that you can easily hear. They provide noise machines and honestly after the first day we didnt even notice the sound. We had a problem with blankets for the pullnout couch (they werent there) we asked them to bring some and they said they would the next day but they never arrived. We would stay here again just based on the location.”

“I had a good stay at the sosuite the only issue was the loudest . Also It was tape above the refrigerator in the kitchen & also it was left over roses on the floor but other than that it was cool .”
