“The covered wagon stay was a great and unique experience to have. There’s nothing like it. Make sure to ask for s’mores if you want it. Bring bottled water for the Kurig because this place has sulfur water. Futon is not that comfortable but all in all it’s a really cool stay! I even brought a cowboy hat! Lol!”

“This was a great little spot to base ourselves out of for a long weekend to explore the Finger Lakes. The property is very clean and comfortable, and there was virtually no noise to speak of at night time. The location is super - we appreciated the quick drive to downtown Penn Yan and some great nearby wineries. The outdoor seating area is great.”

“What a cute and private space! Set back from the road with no noticeable neighbors. It’s a yurt so it’s only a small set up from rustic. But lots of character and unique. The hosts got us our check in and out instructions as they should, but any other concerns went without a reply. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t get a single reply to any of our questions or concerns. So the place is great, the hosts were inattentive though.”

“It was like camping outside in a tent. It took 16 hours to warm up the yurt we told Seth he didn’t have to have it cleaned because we brought dogs with us and we were 45 minutes before the actual check-in at 3 o’clock. He expressed that we weren’t authorized to arrive early and that’s when they would have brought supplies and essentials. Therefore no supplies, the bed had the last person’s bed clothes on it. there was garbage/hair on the extra blankets, which were not extra blankets. They were throws. The pillows were completely flat. Never again”
