“Indigo Sweets is great for the value. It’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants & the boardwalk. I truthfully was not in the room a majority of the time, but everything was clean and comfortable for resting!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Indigo Suites. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time there. The only minor issues we noticed were that the shower is a bit small, and the back door could use a privacy shade or curtain. Since the neighboring unit is close by, it would provide a little more privacy, especially when coming out of the bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.”

“The location was excellent: safe, walkable, friendly neighbors, and close to downtown. However, we faced several issues. There was unresponsive communication, a delay with check-in, and the cleaning staff was still working when we arrived. Later we discovered that the basement had flooded and smelled strongly of mildew. The host had a plumber come very quickly, who determined it was an HVAC issue. However, the host did not send an HVAC tech to fix the underlying problem. We didn't use that part of the property for the rest of our stay because of the strong smell. We moved a mattress upstairs to sleep and decided to make it work for the rest of our stay. After, we raised this issue with the host and asked for a partial refund. After considerable (unpleasant and unprofessional) back and forth, they offered a small refund for the late check-in but dismissed the smell issue. Overall, this is a fine space if you do not plan to use the basement and don't have to communicate with the host.”

“This place is great for the location. If you are anticipating doing a fair amount of cooking and eating in this place, it's not for you. Very basic kitchen amenities. Host does not leave any extra linens and when we requested them, it did seem like an inconvenience and host offered to drop them off very late at night. They did provide linens, but if you are using the futon, just know you might want to bring them with you. This place sleeps 5, hard to believe this place sleeps 6. We used this as a landing spot and a place to sleep. Location is great for the beach and if you plan on going out for most of your stay, it is great.”

“I think this place has a lot of potential. Its clean, they obviously put a ton of work into remodeling and updating. The location is decent, not too far from the boardwalk/beach, but far enough from the noise. They were very responsive when it came to any questions I had. The only negative I have is the lack of "essentials". It says on the website that towels/linens are provided. They did provide 3 towels and ONE washcloth, for 3 people, 5 days-4 nights, it's just not enough. They also said they provide beach towels; what they provided was larger/thinner bath towels. There were no hand towels in the bathroom so we had to use the one wash cloth. The kitchen provided very limited items. Two glasses, (i'd assume) small children's cups, 3 coffee cups, I don't even remember if I saw plates. The silverware was sketchy (we didn't use). There was no bottle opener, wine opener, nothing. Like I said, potential, but for what I paid I expected a little more.”
