“We were on the top floor, and the elevator did not work. It rained so walking up was slippery. Breakfast was $10 per person. The door to our room did not close completely, and there was a constant buzzing sound at night. The water in one shower was cold. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were very clean. Very good location.”

“Pretty clean except for floor; had some crumbs and such. Was kinda annoying to clean dishes as I didn’t see any soap or sponge. Beds sink a little but not an issue for a short stay. Biggest issue was the water situation. They provided 2 water bottles and that’s it. Water fountain hard to find and not always available. Pretty decent for the price but you’re 30 minutes or more from everything especially with traffic”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. When we arrived the front desk lady had a noticeable attitude. Upon check in She told me there’s a 150 deposit needed if I paid cash I would get it back before leaving. I only had 100 cash so I put the rest on card. We had plans to watch a movie the night we arrived with my kids but the remote wasnt working so I called & they sent maintenance to try & fix it. They were unable to fix it. He said he was telling the manager when they arrive tomorrow so our issue would be resolved next day. Next day comes & we start going back to the hotel so I called & asked for update… surprise it’s the same lady who had an attitude. She said she would look into it & call back. Never heard anything from her again. Checking out a different lady said she wasn’t supposed to charge me that much if I paid 100 cash…. So between that and the tv it was an awful stay”

“I think it should be a little bit more clear stating that it is a hotel and that you will have to pay an additional $150 deposit on top of which you’ve already paid Airbnb. Also, the cleaners do not come when you book through Airbnb. Our room did have hairs on the floor and it did look like the floors had not been mopped as there was stain on the floor. We did have a stain on one of the beds. However, the front staff was very sweet and if you’re trying to do some things on a budget, then I would suggest booking however, to get the amenities of a hotel, I would suggest booking directly through them because they will not come in clean.”

“It was worth the money. Except for the cockroach we found in bathroom, the rest of the room was clean and tidy.”

“Stayed for a night while passing through orlando back home. First, this has been toward the top of my nicest looking budget friendly hotels list. I feel like it was very well priced; very spacious and clean. Not very centrally located but not close enough that I would consider not to far maybe a 30ish minutes drive to most popular areas like disney springs and universal and a 15ish minute drive to the popular entertainment/shopping areas. I missed the $150 deposit that was in the fine print of the house rules I wish they put that under the description where they listed there was $25 parking per day which is actually free and breakfast that's want $7 and was included, which was a huge plus!! Outside of my own misread it was a good stay, even if i stayed there longer for a weekend or a week it would have been a good stay too”

“Elevator was broken. Handicapped person had to climb three flights of stairs. Broken light switches and lamps. No place for soap in the shower. Terrible mattresses. Loud buzzing noise coming from the AC. There was a lot of space for the money.”

“There’s a lot to be said in the way someone treats another person. Upon arrival instead of a warm welcoming atmosphere I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of my son and strangers and I would not ever stay at this location with the current staff under any circumstance ever again.”
