“RTO Property/Sundown Vista were wonderful hosts for my work crew's six-month stay at this property. Communication was always friendly and quick, and they were always willing to work around my group's schedule for repairs needed throughout our stay. The property was spacious, in a great location, and the neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!”

“Zero stars. Arrived to a filthy, unlivable house with soiled walls/doors, caked-on dirty dishes, and a sickening pet urine odor. I refused to unpack my car, flagged it immediately, and asked for a refund. The manager gaslit me, telling me to lower my standards and "be okay" with it. Forced to stay in a hotel the first night, I had to spend $75 and 4 hours scrubbing the place just to step inside. The host then set up a series of intrusive maintenance and painters starting on day two of my paid stay. Major safety/sanitation hazards: laundry smelled like old food and a literal garlic clove fell out of the dryer; the lint trap was a fire hazard; my door code failed for 4 days, forcing me to use an insecure generic code. There’s not enough space on this review for me to outline everything but that’s the start of it. Management is unresponsive and neighbors say they ignore local property damage too. The host will reply with lies. Check my profile, I give 100% good reviews unless warranted.”

“We had an enjoyable stay overall. The house was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of room for an extended visit. We especially appreciated the blackout shades in the bedrooms, which made for great sleep, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The host was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which we truly appreciated. If you’re planning a longer stay, just be sure to review the utility cap in advance so you can plan accordingly. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend the property.”

“It was not new construction as it was stated in the listing the appliances were old other than the washer dryer was new we loved the Location and will rent next year but I think they need to update their furniture appliances and dresser they said that those things will be addressed for next year”

“We stayed here for a month and it was a great place to stay while we renovated a home we purchased. The pool was a plus for the kids, although it was hard to keep it warm enough with the extra cold weather that came through. Overall a good experience and space for a larger group!”

“My family and I loved staying here! very clean and roomy. We loved eating out by the pool. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Beds and pillows were top notch comfy. *BONUS-There are 2 burrowing owls that live next door and across the street. We saw them daily, it was pretty amazing actually*”
