“This is my first time renting an Airbnb and it was for Work. I flew in from out of town with five other guys and we were kind of new to all of it. We did our best to keep it clean. RTO was very helpful. Only issues we had were with the Wi-Fi, but RTO was quick to address them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.”

“It was not new construction as it was stated in the listing the appliances were old other than the washer dryer was new we loved the Location and will rent next year but I think they need to update their furniture appliances and dresser they said that those things will be addressed for next year”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks at this beautiful property! Comfortable, clean, updated. The location was great. 2 minutes from Publix, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, and about 5 minutes from the beach. We opted for the pool heat and it was fantastic. They have everything you need there-- towels, extra linens, beach chairs, etc. Highly recommend and hope we can return soon!”

“My wife and I did a one month rental to escape the cold in New York for a bit. We could not have been more satisfied with our stay. The home was extremely cozy and everything was in beautiful condition. The RTO team did a wonderful job with communication. For the few requests we had, the RTO company was very responsive and took care of whatever we needed. They run a tight ship. My wife and I plan on renting this home again for the same amount of time next year as this was our first time. It was just the two of us but there was enough space to have 10 people pretty comfortably. Great job RTO, you earned a customer for life.”

“My family and I loved staying here! very clean and roomy. We loved eating out by the pool. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Beds and pillows were top notch comfy. *BONUS-There are 2 burrowing owls that live next door and across the street. We saw them daily, it was pretty amazing actually*”
