Rental Advisor
4.66
Rental Advisor's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Entrance code was wrong at arrival and we had to wait to get access, dirty dishes in cabinets, bugs matted to bed linens on beds, master shower had slow drain, fire alarm went off in master bedroom, empty propanes in fire pit & grill, not enough towels for guests allotted for property, dryer left lint all over our clothes from 2-3 inch lint left in appliance. Asking guests to strip beds down to start loads for bed linens but not properly checking the beds for your guests and we find out ourselves that bed linens are dirty with bugs and our daughter getting bit is absolutely ridiculous. If you have any maintenance issues, be aware that you may find a maintenance worker in the home that will just let himself in with no warning and no communication prior. This was where we chose to stay for our destination wedding & I immediately regret it 100% & do not recommend. Poor upkeep of the property.”airbnb

“There is a harsh note on the fridge threatening to call the police as a means of punishment. I find this incredibly inappropriate after we have entered into a contract to stay in this Airbnb and we’ve already paid for this stay.”airbnb

“The place was not clean. The kitchen equipment looked like they had bought a job lot at a second hand shop. Work top cracked. Plates and equipment not clean. General poor maintenance. Not up to the normal hoght standard of AirBNB by any means. Not secluded, you have other cabins real close by. You are close to a main highway and there is traffic noise day and night. Host slow to respond and poor communicator, again, well below normal AirBNB standard. Dingy and poorly maintained. Quite a few of the amenities they claim were not provided, for example the outside eating area, not there and when I asked I received a very condescending, to the point of being rude, reply from one of the cohorts and was told they would not provide it, despite it being listed as an amenity and with photos, I refer to the outside eating area. TV is minute by modern standards and can not be viewed from the dining table. We would never rent again from this host.”airbnb

“Ghetto neighbourhood, dark to get into, gap in the door allows bugs and noise in. Blinds were visibly dirty in living room with bedding that was stained, ripped and tape was noted on the pull out couch. Walls are marked up and stained. We reached out on our arrival about all of this and couldn’t reach anybody via phone.. in the morning we were provided a form to fill out regarding “guest concerns”, don’t have time to fill out while on vacation. Bathroom door also is loud to close and at risk of damaging the place every time you open/close it. Wouldn’t recommend this place and wont stay again!”airbnb

“The wagon and bathroom looked better in the photos. The host did not say which wagon was mine for check in. Bed wasnt comfy. The bathroom door does not hang correctly so it is hard to open and impossible to shut from the inside since there wasnt a handle and had 1-4" gaps all around. The shower handle was broken. There was only 2 minutes of hot water. I messaged the host these things on day 1 and they said they'd send the ground team out to fix them - that never happened and nothing was fixed during my stay. I sent follow up texts on days 2 and 3 with no response. On my last night at almost 10pm, a van of hispanic men blocked my car in to use the bathroom and they were yelling to eachother. As a solo female traveler, this was very unnerving and the host did not answer texts, calls, or return my voicemail on if these were guests or workers who were permitted to use the restroom. They left after 35 minutes and did leave me be, but the host never responded that night or in the morning.”airbnb

“I would not recommend this cabin. When we arrived that night, we saw mice running around the cabin was filled with cobwebs and the bathroom floor, bath tub and bed sheets had hair everywhere. We had to change out the bedsheets and vacuum everything because it was so dirty. I reached out to Trixie and she was unhelpful and only told me to fill a form out and denied any mice issue, but there were mice glue traps in the laundry room floor. Jacob reached out the next day and when I responded to him, I never heard from any of the rental owners again. This place is disgusting and the view of the mountains is blocked by trees in the front yard.”airbnb

“Future guests beware; this spot has weeds growing up through the propane tanks (fire hazard), noticeable smell in the trailer, video instructions and photos that don’t match the actual location, power didn’t work. Hosts never responded when we messaged. Ended up not staying because so many things were wrong.”airbnb

“The Teton views are real, but that's where the listing's accuracy ends. We arrived to dog poop all over the (fenced) yard and dog hair on every blanket and cushion—at a no-pets property. The "kitchen with everything you will need" had no saucepans, no measuring cups, not enough plates or forks for 5 people, and pans so coated in burnt-on grease we used our own camping gear. Food scraps were still in the drawers. The fridge CLANKS loud enough to wake you every 2-3 hours—check other reviews, this was reported weeks before our stay and the host publicly promised to address it. The smoke detector is just missing, exposed wires in the ceiling. Deck has popped nails and splinters. Check-in was an hour late with zero notice. When we raised these issues, the hosts apologized and promised fixes; when we requested a partial refund, they suddenly denied everything they'd already acknowledged. Look at the pattern in past reviews before booking. We won't be back.”airbnb
