Pure Suites
4.72Visit website
Pure Suites's guest rating of 4.72 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Had a great stay here. The complex was surprisingly quiet — I never really heard neighbors’ TVs, stomping, or much noise at all, which made it really relaxing after long days. The facilities were great and well kept. Even though there are good local eateries nearby, the complex itself is comfortable enough that it’s easy to spend an entire weekend just staying in and enjoying the amenities. Would definitely stay again.”airbnb

“Excellent location and strong amenities at the Montreux complex. The unit itself showed signs of deferred maintenance, including pet odor, worn carpet, and some cleaning issues. A basic kitchen maintenance issue (rusted knives) required multiple follow-ups and escalation before being resolved. Communication with management during this process was not handled professionally and detracted from the stay.”airbnb

“This was, without question, the worst Airbnb experience I have had after thousands of stays worldwide. We arrived at check-in with our family and could not access the property. The host required a lease but did not successfully provide it prior to check-in. I repeatedly asked for it to be resent to multiple email addresses and checked all folders, including spam, but never received it. The host refused to resend it and insisted it had already been delivered. Communication became confrontational, including being told I was "lying" while trying to resolve the issue. After more than two hours of failed attempts, we had to find alternative accommodations. This was especially stressful as we are in Phoenix for a serious medical situation near Mayo Clinic. I would strongly advise others to avoid this listing.”airbnb

“The location of the complex is fantastic and the complex amenities were clean, well kept and as described. The condo itself and its furnishings were far from premier. The dryer didn’t dry, the AC unit was noisy, the couch & chair were beat up and dirty, cupboards were missing hinges and dishes were chipped and well used. The host offered to address some of the issues but only if we let maintenance in without notice which we couldn’t do as we had our dogs with us. The pictures made the units look far nicer than they are in reality.”airbnb

“The location was great the community was quiet. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The shower was hot and relaxing. Lack of attention to detail in the unit took away from what this unit could be, it is clearly not luxury by no means. The TV in the living room was old without HDMI ports, updating furnishings would add to the value of the unit. There was an issue with the bedding and Pure Suites did take care of it however when there was an issue with the AC and we reached out to the office the lady that answered the phone was rude and hung up.”airbnb

“Pure Suites offered the incorrect password for lock. Cleared it up quickly. The unit we rented was two bedroom. One would expect seating for four in the living area. There was not. The furniture in the living area was very, very dirty. The bar stools at counter were very worn. The kitchen table had a glass top replacement that was of insufficient diameter. The kitchen chairs had holes in them as did the blinds throughout. The patio had the cheapest of ‘sets’. Two chairs and a table These netted folding chairs did not have arms and left one doubtful as to their capability of being able to hold anyone weighing over 100 pounds. We didn’t test them. We were thankful that the last renter had purchased a green plastic chair with arms….Pure Suites should have gotten the memo. It was very obvious that the furniture had been purchased from a Thrift Store. The dirtiest and most worn we have ever seen in a rental. The pool area is lovely! I bought plastic dishes to be able to use the space”airbnb

“This host is immensely rude. you can tell the place was cleaned very quickly and not well. There is a sewage smell coming from the laundry room.”airbnb
