Poole and Associates
4.38Visit website
Poole and Associates's guest rating of 4.38 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I wish I could say I loved it. With kids, there are many flaws for this space. The AC was broken upon arrival, and was not fixed until 5pm the next day leaving the room between 75-80 degrees on the first night. Next, the TV was stuck in store mode and extremely difficult to navigate rendering it almost unusable. Third, the shower needed major upgrading and work orders were not fixed despite being put in before our arrival by different guests. The shower was unusable until 7pm the next day, and the tub did not have a stopper even when the shower was fixed. Lastly, some of the blinds were broken and already falling off and fell off during our stay due to basic usage such as lifting them up and down and there were no curtains to block light from coming in at 5am with the main bed being placed directly between two windows. As far as cleanliness it was not bad, and they provided many towels. However there is no where to get extra on site and you must call to request any.”airbnb

“Love the view of the gulf from the condo. There no closets or dressers in the bedrooms. Fridge has no filtered water. Communication with host prior to check in was not good. Had to ask 3 times about coffee maker and to verify about beach towels. It stated in amenities they had beach towels, they did not. Sill very much enjoyed our stay because of views and the property.”airbnb

“The place was clean, and just like the pictures. Great location. Only complaints were the pool wasn’t cleaned the day we arrived (dead baby birds in the filter), and they only supplied us with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the 4 nights we had reserved.”airbnb

“The place was not clean at all, contacted the cleaners and they never answered or responded. Place is tight for 5 people.”airbnb

“Place was nice and clean. The only down fall was having to wait outside 30 mins until the people cleaning was finished. Would rent again though.”airbnb

“We asked for a few extra dish towels and management said they would bring them twice but never did. Management was completely unhelpful. There was no salt, pepper, olive oil like they said there would be. The shower head was broken in one of the bathrooms. There was only a single dish towel.”airbnb

“The hot tub was closed for a couple days and the pool is not heated at all, the washer is super loud so best to run when not there and I didn’t realize I had to but my own toilet paper and trash bags, view was good from balcony, peaceful place. 6 people is super tight there I wouldn’t recommend it at all”airbnb

“The home is exactly as it appears in pictures. Very clean and very quirky. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The post-reservation process was entirely too difficult. I booked through AirBNB but I had to sign an entirely separate lease agreement. I was told I would receive arrival instructions three days prior to arrival, but I received them one minute prior to my check in time. I had to call a third party management company to put a credit card on file because their system won’t pull through from AirBNB. All of this would have been fine if it had been communicated in the listing, but it was not. The people at the third party management company (Pool & Associates) were nice enough, but their process is terrible. Ultimately, the property is clean, a fun place to stay, but the post-reservation process soured the experience.”airbnb

“Amenities at the home were well above expected! The kitchen alone had more than you could ever think of! Home itself was very lovely. Access to the beach was not an ideal walk with kids , as you need to cross a busy 4 lane road. Beware of the services saying “pet friendly” - it appears it is - but is tagged with a very hefty, undisclosed fee.”airbnb

“Paid over $800 and did not even get to use any indoor facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) because they were “closed for maintenance”. Also found trash under my bed.”airbnb
