“The space was kind of giving elevated motel vibes to be honest. The place looks like the pictures but a lot darker, not clean, and very worn. The gate in front was very difficult to open each time. It felt like the whole fence would break every time trying to open and close the gate. The bnb is spacious. The light situation within the bnb was initially tricky to get going. Only one of the lamps in each bedroom worked, making the rooms very dim at night. The beds were pretty comfortable. Black out curtains in the rooms were great. The bathroom shower was not clean, with visible mold in multiple places, including the shower curtain. The whole bathroom smelled moldy and musty. There was always a steady stream of water coming out of the shower head when turned off, and you can hear it all night from the bedroom. The water pressure was great though. The kitchen was in good condition, but the coffee machine was not fully cleaned. The location of this place was the best thing.”

“Overall the condo was nice. The primary bathroom was updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots. There was minor wear and tear but nothing I would take a star away for. There was a ceiling tile missing in the hall bathroom but that was the only thing I noticed.”

“We very much enjoy our stay. Only thing I don’t like about the place is the dust and closet door cracking mirror.”

“My family stay was good. We were able to walk to the beach and visit stores on the Main Street. We enjoyed the week. However, we had issues with the WiFi. Having two toddlers whom use iPads. We was unable to connect. Spoken with Fred twice about the issues. He insured the issue will be fixed. Issue was never fixed. However, we still enjoyed our stay.”

“His place was located on the border of Fenwick Island and OC, which was perfect and quiet! We loved having access to the private hot tub and pool. The place was comfortable, clean , and had most things that we needed to start our trip. The exterior door needs to get fixed in addition to a few minor touch ups in the bathroom near door. We loved our stay but unfortunately we didn’t have WiFi due to the storm the whole week.”
