From pickle ball courts, mini golf, pools, shuffle board, corn hole, and steps from the ocean— we will be back for sure! It was wonderful for our family of 6, two kids (6 &4) and four adults. “We booked our condo so that we could celebrate our wedding day on Maui. For the two nights prior to our wedding day, we were awakened at 4:40 am by a stream of water hitting our open bedroom louvered window and sliding door, waking us up and drenching our patio. We were unable to utilize the patio until sometime around midday, after the chair cushions and floor coverings eventually dried out. We used the Airbnb app several times during our stay to communicate our concerns with the “my perfect stays team”, and while we received prompt email responses saying that Maintenance had been notified, after three days, the issue had not been resolved. This is especially disappointing because when the issue first occurred, I let the team know via the Airbnb app that this was our wedding stay, and would appreciate being able to sleep in past 4:40 AM. I would’ve preferred if the team had gotten back to us and said that nothing could be done… then at least we could’ve made other arrangements.”

“We stayed here from the 7th–11th. The property was easy to find and the scenery outside was beautiful. The host was responsive, understanding, and nice throughout the stay. Inside, the place felt outdated and a bit rundown. There was one room with one bed, another with two beds, and a pullout sofa, which fit our group well. Unfortunately, there were roaches throughout the unit, including in the room with the two beds, the bathroom, kitchen, and even inside the microwave. There were also roach traps on the counters and floors. Because of the roaches coming out of the beds/sheets, we were unable to use that room. The hot water would not last long, so only 2–3 people could get warm showers. The sink in one bathroom clogged and would not drain properly, the TVs shut off every 15 minutes, and the AC started leaking during the stay.”
