Mtm Vacation Rentals
4.65Visit website
Mtm Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.65 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great location and close to the beach. Check in instructions did not include the apartment # and arrived later in the evening and was not able to get in touch with the host until the next day. Took awhile to try to locate the apartment by the photos in the listing. Bathrooms are small and beds/pillows are very hard this could stand to be upgraded. No mirrors in any of the bedrooms only in the bathrooms which made it tricky getting ready when having to share the two full bathrooms. They only provide 6 towels as well so if staying several days be prepared to wash towels. Also there are a lot of steps to get to the apartment so keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise apartment was fairly clean and for the price was ok for a quick get away.”airbnb

“This stay was the worst stay at any property we’ve ever stayed in. Due to the limit of how long a review can be, I can’t begin to describe how horrible it was. Disgusting, nasty, and dirty don’t scrape the surface of how gross this place was. I’m 100% sure they’ve never washed the bedding aside from the sheets. The “white” places on the quilt were turning black and also had blood on the quilts. Black feet from walking around. The A/C went out and they told us to call them back and let them know what happens, despite us having two babies in the home. We asked Saturday for an additional car to be added to the reservation, that wasn’t done until the following Friday. The towels are absolutely disgusting and stained with various things. There are bugs and dust hanging from the ceilings. There are holes in the floor throughout the entire home, and it was rented to us knowing the condition. I 100%, without a doubt, would NOT stay here. This was all at 1401 Lovestone.”airbnb

“It was decent, but surface cleaned only. Definite water damage that needs repaired. I would recommend some rugs at the door to keep sand and water contained, and a place to hang towels and stuff since you can’t hang it out on the deck. We didn’t have oil in the kitchen, and they brought it over quickly. We had an issue with the tv, and they called but it was hard to talk because they talked over me. We figured it out ourselves so they didn’t need to send mtc. I personally would probably stay there again, but my family said no.”airbnb

“The room was nice and clean with nice furnishings. And it was a good spot overlooking the pool and you could see the ocean. The only complaint is you can’t use the other amenities at the hotel, including not being able to use the elevator because you had to get a key card to use the elevator’s and our host did not give us one.And there’s not enough elevators in the hotel period for the amount of rooms.Your waiting for more than 15 minutes or longer for the elevator. And relying on other hotel guests for help using the elevator’s. your walking the stairs a lot. Your worried about getting a ticket for your vehicle in there garage because your supposed to have something hanging from your mirror and even the list in the room on how everything works says they will give you one but they don’t.Overall the room was nice but my experience with Airbnb was not good I will not be using the service again.”airbnb

“Husband and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful place. People were super friendly. Pools were cleaned daily and always crystal clear. Room its self needs a little maintenance as the stove only had 1/2 the burners working, the fridge kept freezing even after turning temp down, and tub was super slow to drain. Those were minor things that didn’t stop us from having a great time. Just make sure to read the drop down under “more” on the rules. Booking via Airbnb you won’t have access to any restaurants, bars, or bowling alleys the resort has. This was an odd spot in my opinion to put that disclaimer. That was our only big complaint. Other wise great place.”airbnb

“It’s a close walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the balcony was nice. Check in was rough and we did the Instacart thru AirBnB, but the address is wrong. Address given is a condo down the way, and we had to play a “game” to find our groceries and pizza. Biggest issue was cleanliness. None of the dishes were clean, and we found several cockroaches and what looked like a blood stain on sheets. It was not worth the$1600 we paid for 5 nights”airbnb

“The condo was in fair condition & the beds were comfortable. However, this is a professionally managed property, not a private owner rental, & the rules were excessive with fees from $5 for a worn washcloth to $25 for a bath towel if items are missing. As a poolside condo located minutes from the beach, no pool towels are provided, & there are no extras of basic supplies. We were given only 1 trash bag, no laundry detergent, and limited starter supplies. Guests are also expected to complete a lengthy checkout list, i.e., stripping beds, washing & putting away dishes, & emptying the dishwasher. The master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work, & the bathrooms were dirty. There was a visible ring in the master tub & pink staining in the toilet. The owner, Tim, was responsive & ultimately provided beach towels after I raised the issue, which I appreciated. Guests are also offered a discount on a future stay in exchange for leaving a 5-star review, which may be useful when evaluating reviews.”airbnb

“My review is for the Landmark Resort and my host was Tim W. He comes off as being friendly & helpful until the review is mentioned. The pictures make it seem like the water park is included and it’s not. I missed that 1. The host tried working with me by giving me options but they would be too costly for me. He texted to tell me that he was able to get wristbands for the water park but they may not work so I had to try to sneak in with a group. This was over the phone so I don’t have proof of that but have proof of everything else he said including trying to intimidate me by saying that if I didn’t rate him we can talk about charges he plans on bringing up such as stained mattress covers, wristbands that were supposed to be incl’d +$150 for the keycard that I never was told what it was for. Airbnb has been contacted by me. He lied and said he called them as well. I Do NOT recommend this filthy place. Pay a little more for something better, closer to the Bd Walk I got what I paid for”airbnb

“The place was clean had a nice ocean front view, problems I had was there was noisey neighbors, a lot of smoking going on and we were falsely accused for it kicked out of the apartment and owner refused to even give a partial refund”airbnb

“Couldn’t get the tv’s to work, WiFi wouldn’t connect… The Maintenance man unlocked the doors and Walked in on us sleeping twice not giving me a chance to answer him first saying he needed to fix the patio lock with I felt was so not the right thing for him to do he should have done it before my check in or after I left… It really made me very uncomfortable”airbnb
