“It was a good stay overall. We enjoyed the lake and the house was very comfortable, with all amenities. We particularly enjoyed all the kids games and the water games that we could use. Thank you for a great stay!”

“My 7 service technicians found the place to be comfortable. They stayed 3 days one week, 2 days the following week, and checked out 2 days early because their job was completed. Having 5 bedrooms was a huge plus, and they were able to set up a couple of air mattresses. The only thing that was mentioned to me was that there was no closet for the first-floor bedroom, and there was no garment rack to hang their uniform shirts on. They also said the home smelled pretty musty and could use some plug in air fresheners or a good spray before guests arrive. Certainly not a deal breaker. They also had to purchase a grill, as the one supplied the heating elements were not working as they should, and maybe has not been mentioned by other guests to correct it. They enjoyed the games and the ample amount of parking, which isn't always the easiest to find. They were appreciative that they didn't have to rent hotel rooms and really enjoyed the wildlife. They will stay again if the opportunity arises.”

“I lived in Mpls for 37 years and moved away 4 years ago, I’m very familiar with everything and was there when Sable was built. I had never been inside until my stay and was thoroughly pleased with everything! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.”

“Beautiful property on a clean lake. The lake is a busy so if you want a quiet lake this is not the lake to enjoy. Dock is very nice. Bunk house is very fun. The furniture in the living and kitchen is very comfortable. The beds are little too soft for my taste. Surprised to not have a tea pot or tea kettle and no sauce pans to be found. The place smelled very musty! The next day we opened windows all day and the smell was gone by the end of the day. Housekeeping should have opened the place up before our stay. There was no outdoor furniture for the deck or around the fire pit. I did have a quick reply on this issue but it didn’t get resolved. An offer to have door dash deliver chairs was in place but no dashers were available. Had we known the team had trouble accessing the garage where the furniture was stored we could have brought our chairs with us.”

“The bedrooms and beds are just way too small for couples. The one bathroom has a tub with no handles to help you get out of it with just a shower hose, there is no curtain which makes it kind of hard to use. The other bathroom shower is super tiny and it causes the toilet area to be extremely cramped. The kitchen and living room are very roomy however. The key didn’t want to go in the lock, I had to fumble around and work it until it would go in. I finally lubed the lock myself and now it works fine. I will say the place was very clean and easy to find, just the bedrooms and bathrooms are just too small in my opinion.”
