Overall our stay was good, pictures were accurate, but looked a tad bit bigger in the photos (especially the guest bathroom) but very doable for location and price. There was a weird mildew smell upon walking in and the dishwasher was full with water and the very FIRST NIGHT of our stay a fire alarm for the entire building was going off from 1 AM and lasted OVER AND HOUR. Over an hour of alarms just going off in the building….Super annoying and inconvenient, but other than that everything else was great! Comfortable bed and clean with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the host. At check-in time we received no response or instructions on how to access the unit and were left completely in the dark. We only got inside after luckily running into an employee at the property after hours. Otherwise, I genuinely do not know how we would have entered the apartment. Once inside, there was a strong musty smell. The floors looked clean at first glance but were actually very dirty, dusty, and sandy. We even had to use our child’s wipes to clean the areas where we were sleeping. Basic cleaning tools like a broom or mop were also unavailable. The beds in both rooms creaked loudly with every small movement and felt like they were falling apart. My wife and I ended up sleeping on the floor with extra blankets and pillows we brought for ourselves and our 1-year-old. Lastly, the host never responded to requests for Wi-Fi information either.

Overall good experience. The area had really spotty cell service. They unfortunately cut or WiFi the day of check out which was inconvenient to say the least. Should have been able to have service until 11 when checkout was scheduled

Little stay cation for my family and it was perfect! The room, patio, pool, walk to the beach was literally perfect. We will be back!

The location is great for access to corpus Christi and Port Aransas and a super easy access to the beach. The property itself is great with pools and games.

Floors were dirty called front desk and they sent someone to clean it very fast they were very attentive . The condo has very cool art and a nice kitchen

The stay was great! Place was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The only part that we weren’t pleased with was in the pictures it showed the room with an ocean front view but instead we got a room that faced another property that unfortunately was getting all their roofs redone so when we opened the blinds or walked on the patio we were making direct eye contact with the workers on the roofs. Not to mention they worked our entire stay so we heard hammers and banging from sun up to sundown. But for the price this was overall a great stay and very convenient location, would definitely recommend.

Awesome place to stay! The unit is described as an “efficiency” but we thought it was very spacious for 2 people. It was comfortable and incredibly clean, has a well-stocked kitchen for making simple meals, and has a lovely balcony. The complex has open parking, 2 pools and hot tubs, and pickleball courts with rackets etc. Our only gripe is that we checked in after-hours (after 5 pm), so we called earlier in the day and were given a check in code verbally. No one told us that the units aren’t all in numerical order, so we walked around for half an hour trying to find unit 300. Once we finally found it, the code we were given didn’t work, so we had to call the emergency maintenance number to get inside. Luckily the maintenance worker came quickly and was very helpful, but it would’ve been nice if we had been emailed or texted the code with other general check in info so that wouldn’t have happened. Despite the check in process, we had a great stay and would 100% here stay again!

La Mirage is a good stay! Had a lot to do within the resort! We pulled up to check in, the elevator to get you to the first floor was a little jank and the girl at check in wasn’t super friendly or informative. Could definitely tell it was just a paycheck. Our condo was clean and super cute. We rented a golf cart which is a must for being on the island but La Mirage is too far for any rentals to let you take it back and keep it for the full rental time. Overall, would stay here again if there wasn’t a special event going on and just wanted to chill on the beach.

The room was decorated so cute and we loved the artwork. Upon arrival we placed our food in the fridge and noticed the bins were full of water and the thermostat said it was at 34 degrees and it was very warm. The refrigerator temperature never adjusted during our stay. We also noticed the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken and not connected to the toilet and had dried urine on it. We immediately contacted the front desk and was told a ticket would be opened. No one ever came to repair the toilet during our stay so all my guests had to share a restroom. Very inconvenient! Also the bed frame in the smaller room was not attached to the headboard and was on wheels so the bed slid around the room every time you tried to get on. If the couple issues we had were addressed then our stay could have been better but the front desk/help line did nothing to address our issues. Not the best experience.
