“Great place, amenities, etc. Close to Assateague. Bedrooms are on the third floor--fine for us but a consideration if stairs are an issue. Linens were cheap motel quality-- small scratchy white towels, no pool towels. No toiletries and no full rolls of toilet paper.”

“Me and my whole family had an amazing time. The house was tidy, well designed and thought out and had all the amenities that we needed. It accommodated all ages all the way up to my 92 year old grandma. The screened in porch and outdoor shower were a huge hit! The house itself is quiet and spacious, clean and has amazing proximity to the state and national parks of Assateague island. Easy access to Berlin and many local restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to stay again!”

“We chose this place & paid a premium because it was advertised as a luxury, well-appointed home with a spectacular interior. This description was NOT true. The kitchen & dining area were poorly cleaned, with crumbs on the tables & dirty dishes. The grill was very dirty & required substantial cleaning before use. Some bathrooms lacked hand soap, & towels were still in plastic bags. The beds were another major issue. The king Sleep Number bed was not working properly, & other beds were worn & uncomfortable. One couple in our group had to move rooms because their original bed was so uncomfortable. The listing advertised kayaks & bikes as available amenities when we booked, but neither were available. The location was good, & we ultimately enjoyed our stay, but the condition of the property and missing & poor-quality amenities did not justify the premium price. The property has several sets of stairs that may make it unsuitable for seniors & toddlers. This was NOT a luxury property.”

“Perfect spot close to the beach, size was perfect for a small family. Easy parking and easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Checkin was fine, but the lockbox was a bit annoying in the dark and hard to find amongst the many other lockboxes. Room is definitely dated, but was very clean. Linens were fresh. Would stay again for sure.”

“Great location. Space is exceptionally clean and functional for a family getaway. The clubhouse pool and weight room was great too. We had an awesome time!”

“Beautiful home, very clean and spacious. The downside of this rental, was the moment we drove into the community, most of our party lost cellular service making it very difficult to make/receive calls, texts, and GPS. Once in the house there is Wifi but still our party wasn’t able to make calls even with Wifi. Also, in my opinion, the GPS takes you to the front of the correct building, but be sure to look for physical street number listed on the top of the building first then the unit number, because the first numbers I saw were the unit number which was confusing. Overall, beautiful home and I would recommend booking this rental. Our family had a great time.”

“We had a great experience. Our family of 15 enjoyed the house and there was ample room. The location was also very desirable with easy access to the beach, park, city etc. Some constructive feedback is to include basic toiletries similar to what you get in a hotel…there was no shampoo or bath soap and the toilet paper supply was limited. Also, one of the pictures for the rental showed kayaks, paddle boards which led us to believe we had access to these. We later found out that we could not use the equipment in the complex and would need to go to Ocean City or Assateague Island to rent. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great place! Loved the amenities, especially the pool for our kids. Only downfall was that 3 of the 4 rooms are on the very top floor and it does not seem like the AC really reaches up there. Floor fans were provided, but still a bit toasty.”

“This house is an excellent choice for a large family vacation. We had four families 8 adults and 8 children and never felt cramped or crowded. It’s an excellent location in between Assategue National seashore and the broad walk at Ocean City. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a clubhouse and pool available as well. I would highly recommend it!”
