“My partner and I spent a lovely 5 days and 4 nights at this peaceful, minimalist and modern home amidst the nature. It’s private, felt safe and gave us a front row seat to the beautiful open skies, landscape, stars, plants and wildlife. So fun to see rabbits, quails, hawks, sparrows, other birds, kangaroo rats, chipmunks and lizards just beyond the house. The heated pool and hot tub were *chef’s kiss* after a long day of driving and exploring the park and surrounding areas. It was also very clean and had all the home basics. Stores and Joshua Tree National Park are a 10-20 minute drive away making the location perfectly convenient too. The host was very responsive, helpful and made the whole process easy. Seriously was so calming and fun to stay here!”

“I’d book again with Homestead ! I am a California native so I’ve done trips to Joshua tree plenty of times and it never disappoints, very affordable & easy access to the desert outside of Los Angeles when you’re needing to get away. This listing was honestly one of my favorite homes I’ve been in, the photos don’t do it justice it’s better in person ! Just about right for 4-5 people to be honest, owners were communicating the whole time when I had a question about something. Will be back thank you for accommodating me on such short notice :)”

“It was magical. Surrounded by a crescent moon shape, giant rock formations. Night sky. Bunnies. Roadrunners. Coyotes. Kitchen was more equipped than 90% of Airbnb’s. They had foil. Blender. Basic spices. Britta water. This location has 24 hour communication via this app. Very professional. Quick to respond. First time ever being able to fit in a bathtub (6’4”). My girlfriend loved it. The openness of the windows and the decorative lighting in the distance from the neighbour’s, shooting stars… nuff said. Super quiet. No TV. Verizon mobile works great here.”

The sunsets were unreal, the amenities made it feel better than a hotel, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax for a few days. “We had an exceptional stay at SkyDweller. The property is absolutely stunning - beautifully designed, incredibly peaceful, and perfectly integrated into the desert landscape. The floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic mountain views made the entire experience feel very special. The home was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and had a true luxury retreat atmosphere. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pits, outdoor shower, and the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Despite feeling completely secluded, the location is also perfect for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Homestead Modern was highly professional and responsive throughout.
