“A very enjoyable weekend stay in a charming and spacious house conveniently close by. Plenty of space for our group of eight (and two dogs).”

“We loved our stay! The backyard in particular was fantastic for a weekend away from the city, complete with a pool, sauna, and hot tub.”

“We loved our stay at this magical train car! It is not every day that you get to live on a luxury train car. With it being a train, there are a few spaces that are a tight fit, but it was overall very comfortable. If we could've done 4.5 stars we would've. There were no towels in the bathhouse. We had to go to the bedrooms and grab the towels that were placed on the beds. It would have been nice if there were extra towels in the bathhouse itself. Speaking of the bathhouse, it would be more user friendly if there was protection from the weather getting from the train to the bathhouse; such as a canopy or roof. There was a dirty sock left inside one of the bedrooms from a previous guest. Overall, our stay was amazing and would stay again!”

“The setting is gorgeous and the home is charming, clean, and comfortable. There are several nice spots to take in the scenery, including the covered front porch, the deck, and the pool. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and pretty. We used the barbecue almost every night. Home Sweet Home was very responsive and helpful, however there are a few items that could be improved upon. For example, the instructions in the Home Manual and the texted instructions from HSH conflict on several points (what to do with the trash and whether or not the beds need to be stripped). I think the manual needs to be updated and a few more instructions need to be included. Also, at this time there are only about four drinking glasses in the house! Overall though, this was a wonderful stay. If you want to feel that you are the only people on the planet, this is the place.”
