“Outrigger is top notch and goes above and beyond. Everything from the friendly, professional check in staff and all the workers throughout the property really make our stay enjoyable.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was very easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The unit is located on the second floor, so you do need to climb one flight of stairs. Just something to be mindful of, especially for families with small children. It was a little challenging for us with 3 small kids, but definitely manageable. Having all of the sleeping areas on one floor worked really well for our family. The hosts provided a pack ’n play just as requested, and it was already set up when we arrived, which made settling in much easier. One suggestion we would make would be to have a baby gate available for the top of the stairs for families traveling with little ones. We enjoyed the ocean view and having an in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient during our stay. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Overall, my family and l enjoyed our stay. However, I am very not pleased with airbnb not communicating well with the condo about our arrival. I believe since l booked through airbnb, airbnb should have totally been responsible for insuring that my communication with airbnb was passed on to Outriggers Condos!! As a result, I do not think l will be using this service again…”

“The location is perfect perfect perfect. Ocean sights and sounds right outside the door. There was one hiccup that management responded to very quickly. The beds were super comfortable! The pictures oversold it a little but the location was spectacular and everything worked out so well.”

“This was our first time staying at Kapalua, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The property grounds were beautiful, the location was incredible, the communication with the property rep was fast, friendly, and all aspects of our stay went so smoothly. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend.”

“J107 is a beautiful and updated condo within easy walking distance to the beach and Whalers Village. The condo is very clean and spacious- perfect for our family of 4. The beach where the cabana is located is fantastic- not crowded at all and has great snorkeling. Would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“When we arrived we were disappointed as the photos are not an accurate depiction of what’s inside the unit. The furniture is completely different. It is a lot more dated. There is no TV in the second bedroom as pictured. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fan in the master bedroom. We contacted the host and while they were responsive, their maintenance didn’t show up for 6 hours. Once he arrived, he told us the remote for the fan was missing and there was nothing he could do. All that being said, we ended up having a wonderful time. The actual location of the condo is perfect and the views are stunning. Everything is walkable and we had access to the resort next store. If it wasn’t for the false depiction of the unit in the photos, I would have given it five stars.”

“Great place to stay on the north west side, lots to walk to nearby. Place was described well and pictures matched the condo. Had issues with keypad multiple times, took them 3 trips to listen to our issue, which was frustrating, but they finally replaced the batteries in the entry handle and that fixed our issue of getting locked out.”

“Unit 318 is in disrepair. De laminating doors, rusty refrigerator, rusty plumbing fixtures, dirty. We suspect a mold issue in the bathroom, the smell was noticeable and unpleasant. We left a beach chair and umbrella for the next guests as none were provided. We had to use bug spray at night as the screens let mosquitoes inside the unit, no AC.”
