Haute Hospitality Team's guest rating of 4.37 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I was deeply disappointed of the outcome with this booking. We left immediately next day, and attempted to request a refund for the remaining nights. The host refused and kept trying to keep our money. We had to involve AirBnB for a refund. And so I'm leaving a bad review after giving the host opportunities to make it right. The worst: AC was moldy and blew dirty air all night. We didn't realize until waking up sick the next morning. Shear "curtains" made sleeping in impossible - direct sunlight onto the bed. Kitchen inadequate with only one pan scratched so badly it was unsafe. No spices. Very limited ability to use the kitchen to cook. Shower/tub was dirty with grime. Overall this was not worth the money and a lack of ability to resolve fairly. We tried to be nice + understanding on the way out. But with the lack of "give" I am leaving this review. Maybe next time the host will work with their guests. They did offer me another of their units but it was not close to my venue.”airbnb

“We were looking forward to enjoying the serene nature as described in the listing, only to find this "tiny home" to be a rickety, dirty trailer in the front lawn of a house in a noisy Cranston suburb. The price is absolutely ridiculous considering the complete lack of water and our need to use a bag to shower. The toilet was hole that filled up by the time we left (we stayed only one night), that to use we had to put our feet on the wet "shower" floor. We were constantly on edge and found it difficult to sleep, as the neighbors were noisy and the door wouldn't close. The temperature was either scorching hot or extremely cold as there was only one small blanket and the AC was pointed directly at the foot of the bed. This listing is very misleading. You do NOT get what you paid for. $140 is almost twice what one would pay for a stay at a real camp site, with a clean cabin, working bath and non-hole toilet. Not to mention a working shower.”airbnb

“It looked charming from the pictures online, however upon arrival and a change from one apartment to the next, which was frustrating, not so much, arrived to an apartment that was not equipped as a normal Airbnb that I’m used to, did a walk-through inspection of the apartment took a lot of pictures, furniture broken, window blinds broken, four towels unmatching! noticeable damage throughout the apartment itself! Extreme neighbors in the building with tons of noise after two nights, calling the cops, one person being arrested discovering cockroaches on the last day of our visit so knowing that they were always there the entire time disgusting! No communication from the landlord ownership of this Airbnb except when we called the cops on the people that were there sharing the building with us! Requested a full refund only because on short notice, we couldn’t find a place in the city of Providence at the price point we were looking for they never communicate with us one time! Cowardly…”airbnb

“At first I was excited to stay but at 6 am i heard a noise from the kitchen. It turned out to be a mouse which I had documented to let the owner know. They responded saying they didn’t have a pest issue and that it must’ve came from outside. I’ve lived in Providence my whole life and have never had a mouse come from outside and ignore the first floor just to climb to the second floor. I asked for a refund on only half my stay since one of my friends who stayed with me had an entire panic attack because she was scared which also caused us to pack 3 hours earlier than intended and leave. They denied the refund and I had to take it to support. Airbnb did see my point and helped compensate but definitely do not suggest booking if you’re looking for a quiet and CLEAN space.”airbnb

“Noticeable unclean smell of urine and fish, dirty floors and bathroom, and unclean cleaning amenities and utensils.”airbnb

“I never leave a review but so this doesn’t happen to somebody else I have to. Somebody entered the unit I was staying in at 1 AM because this company had double booked it. They had the code to the apartment and as a solo female traveler, I was terrified. It was also apparent they didn’t change the codes between guests. I had to wait up for them to send someone to change the door code and they refused to rectify it or admit the mistake was made. Nevermind that the unit was not very nice and neighbors came upstairs to ask me about a water leak. Most importantly, this is not a safe place to book.”airbnb

“Was harassed upon entry by permanent resident and he followed and watched as I entered my unit. Then he started screaming and throwing a fit at 2am. I expressed my concern and was dismissed by haute hospitality team. No consideration for my safety or comfort.”airbnb

“Seriously, this is not a "full equipped kitchen". Kitchen utensils had food still on them from previous guests and the stoveware pans were in a horrible state, they were so used they started burning off that PFAS chemical smell and it was impossible to cook anything because of it. Replace the kitchen items. Seriously. It's ridiculous.”airbnb

“I rate this place 0 stars they scammed me and will not give me my money back I couldn’t show them my ID they wanted to see and they already took my money but would not let me check into the Airbnb and after that I canceled and wanted my money back they will not send it back or anything even though I did not get to stay here”airbnb

“I made the mistake of not realizing that the unit I rented did not accommodate parking. There was over 2 feet of snow on the sidewalk so street parking was out of the question. I asked the host if I could change my reservation to a unit that provided parking as I can see it was available. Fernanda told me I could not because I had already checked into the unit (less than 30 mins) and due to “sanitation” reason I would have to stay in the unit. Her advice was to park my car at an open lot over 3 miles away and figure out a way to get back to the rental. To me I felt that was poor service. She spoke with me through the ring camera to tell me I could not park in the lot out back. She saw that I was at the property for less than 30 mins, 20 of which I spent driving in circles trying to find any close by street parking. After some back and forth I just ended up booking another spot and left. When asked for a refund she instructed me to modify the reservation which her cohost Maria denied.”airbnb
