“Nice place”

“This house was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. It was easy to pull the louvered doors closed and separate the Murphy bed and double bed from the main living area. The views and the ocean breeze are spectacular. Almost directly across from Baby Beach and so it is easy to grab the beach chairs, walk across the street and use the outdoor shower to clean off all of the sand and salt once we were home. It is an easy walk to the Kukuiula shopping center and Lawai beach for snorkeling.”

“Absolutely gorgeous condo and view! There were so many extras in the condo that were not expected- suntan lotion, window cleaning solution (was very welcomed for the dirty rental car windows), laundry detergent, saran wrap etc. Everything was fantastic. Entire unit was air conditioned along with ceiling fans. Best part was you could hear the ocean from inside the condo. Would absolutely recommend this condo. Will definitely be back to stay in this condo again!”

“Really great location, but unfortunately the lack of AC was a huge problem. We also found multiple cockroaches in the house, a few of them in the actual beds. We had to leave half way through our trip. Thankfully they were understanding and we know it wasn’t totally their fault, but it was a huge let down. With a little maintenance and central AC, this place could be worth what they’re charging, but unfortunately it’s just very much not.”

“Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect for our family. Amazing location with short walks to Brennecke and Poipu beach. Poipu beach is perfect for littles with calm waters and daily turtle sightings. The house itself was spacious and we really enjoyed having meals at the long table outdoors. Host was great and made very helpful suggestions.”

“If there was a way to convey that this is the most perfect definition of an Air BnB we have ever stayed in, I’d type it easily. Every single characteristic of this home will be a fond memory of ours for years. From the welcoming flowers, the local cats, the decor, bedrooms, dreamy location directly across the street from baby beach, it’s just all perfection. It is clear the hosts adore this home, and we did too. It’s located directly on the waterfront street, minutes from old Koloa town for nightly walks. It was a beautiful core memory to stay in this home and I do feel we won’t ever go back to Kauai unless THIS exact Air BnB is available for us to book again .”

“Very charming beach condo with the most amazing view. We enjoyed watching surfers and listening to the relaxing crashes of the waves. This location is absolutely perfect! You can walk to Lawai beach for great snorkeling, we saw so many more fish and turtles than Poipu Beach which was pretty great already. The beautiful sunsets from the lawn of Beach House restaurant right next door was the best! We had an amazing stay and would love to stay here again.”

“Beautiful home, hosts were very responsive. We noticed one repair item and they had someone out the next day to fix it. It’s not super private when you’re on the lanai as the beautiful grassy area adjacent to the property has a walkway that is the main way people get to the beach, but we didn’t mind it. It’s also close to a pool for another property so you hear kids playing but again we didn’t mind it. This property is closest to Brenneke’s beach which is a smaller beach with rougher waves, it’s a short walk to Poipu beach (keiki beach, snorkeling) and a slightly longer walk to the next beach further west (surfing). Walking the other direction are landscaped grounds for other resorts, you can go all the way down to shipwreck beach on a paved path. It’s a great central location in Poipu, easily drivable to old town Koloa and spouting horn. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds and larger lodging locations. Close to anything you’d need, from the beach to restaurants to shops.”
