Manager Review

First Accommodations

First Accommodations's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The house is spacious and easily accommodated our extended family of 10 people. It is conveniently located with many activities within a short driving distance, and the place is peaceful with pretty views of the lake.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My 5 year old said he wanted to stay for 200 weeks.

price may seem high - its actually competitive, a great place for a big group but 2 baths may be challenging. house fully equipped. lake access from Patton beach is best. community club house is nice free bonus. watch out - maps will take you to wrong parking lot if you have things to unload/load from vehicle. electronic door lock is tricky - turn the dead bolt and immediately rotate the knob otherwise bolt will relock fast. Will consider this place in the future

We've stayed in Tahoma twenty or more times over the years; one of the previous cabins that we rented was four doors down from this one. Bare bones is the description for this place. It was clean, easy to find, and we enjoyed our stay, but almost all of the Airbnb's (and other vacation rentals) that we have stayed in have the basics. Enough coffee for a couple of days, toiletries like soap, shampoo, etc. That was not the case here. If it were priced $100 a night cheaper, that would be commensurate with the amenities provided. Safe, clean, etc., but not a place that I would seek out in the future.

Cozy, clean home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood.

It was mostly as expected with a few things that bugged our group. First heads up: the downstairs shower does not get hot water but other showers will be fine. They were unhelpful to fix it. The TV is finicky to navigate; it would randomly change to YouTube when we would click Netflix. There’s not enough baking sheets if your group is planning to bake/cook in the oven. Supplies truly are “starters” - we had to buy more durable trash bags even though we were only there for 2 nights. Hot tub is nice but, just know it’s favorable to drive but walking in the day is not bad.

Great location and very clean! Make sure to pay dog fee before getting to location. I was not give the code until that was paid and there's zero cell service!! Make sure to do everything before arriving.
