“We had a great stay! The condo is lovely and was very clean. The walls are a bit thin and the upstairs neighbors could be noisy, otherwise everything was wonderful.”airbnb

“The location was excellent—quiet, walkable, and just steps from the gondola. Unfortunately, the stay did not match the luxury experience advertised. We knew there was no A/C, but the patio doors and most windows didn't work, several screens were broken or missing, and management already knew about these issues before our arrival without disclosing them. We also experienced numerous maintenance problems: broken hairdryer, no dish soap, toilets that wouldn't flush properly, an unreliable dryer, cable TV that never worked, and slow communication. On our final morning, sewage backed up into the master bathroom through the toilet, shower, and tub, making it unusable. Most disappointing was management's response—they blamed us for not reporting every minor issue during our stay, promised a manager would follow up, and never did. Great location, but not worth the price.”airbnb

“Great location. Nice beds, great linens. Very comfortable , very nice. Poorly stocked kitchen. We paid very high price to attend the Bluegrass Festival ( $ 9,000 + for 4 nights). As we were bringing a 2 yr. old, we needed an early check in . We were charged an additional $170 for a 3 hour early check in- after paying the above mentioned price for 4 days. Also, the Condo President gave our adult children a difficult time while they unloaded vehicles.”airbnb

“Absolutely beautiful home that feels like you’re staying on your own private mountain”airbnb

“Great location with super convenient transportation to Mountain Village for the festival. Even though we didn’t need to use the kitchen much, it was fully equipped for cooking.”airbnb

“The house was amazing. The listing didn’t accurately show the true amount of stairs on the property however. We had trouble with checking in as the instructions were not accurate and then the listing agent went home for the day so there was no one to help us. They were very responsive but not until the next day. We were lucky we got into the house. Also they had some landscapers go to the house and we felt like it completely violated our privacy. Again they were very responsive to that but there was no warning of several men coming to the property nor did they even come to the front door. Fair warning would have been appreciated or having the work done when the property was vacant. They were very tentative to make sure our stay was comfortable for the rest of our time there so I appreciated that. The property was clean, beautiful and stocked well.”airbnb

“The condo itself was exceptional—very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the space once we were settled in.That said, our check-in experience was frustrating. We arrived late and did not receive check-in instructions via email or text in advance, and the information on the portal was unclear until after the facility manager let us in. In addition, the microwave and coffee machine were not functioning during our stay.Clearer and more proactive communication around check-in—along with confirmation that instructions have been received—would greatly improve the experience. Despite these issues, the quality of the condo itself was outstanding and made for an otherwise enjoyable stay.”airbnb

“Overall a great location! Note that it is a hike and ski vs a true ski in and ski out dependent on the amount of snow that is on the ground. The place has 3 bedrooms and 1 parking stall. The management team helped because the next door unit was not being used. If you are bringing multiple cars, prearrange parking with Management. I didn't like that they would communicate directly via text vs through the website. Check in is at 4 PM, out is 10 AM. I asked to check in early and they wanted to charge $170 plus tax to even entertain the option. It made me feel like I was renting the place by the hour, like a cheap hotel, even though we had dropped over 10K for the long weekend. Then they didn't send us the codes until almost 5 PM as our guests waited outside for about 45 minutes. We both were texting, emailing and finally got through on a call. When asking for directions and details, the person who we communicated with, self admittingly, had not been to the property and was no help.”airbnb

“Our place was phenomenal, however we didn’t get to ski as the owner of the resort was being greedy. So that affected our vacation, and it didn’t have anything to do with the place, but sad we spent so much money and we couldn’t ski.”airbnb
