“My stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the TV was already cracked, but once maintenance came to inspect it, we were basically blamed for the damage. The host then attempted to charge me $350 for a replacement TV, with the reasoning that if damage is discovered during your stay, you’re automatically responsible for it.On top of that, there were roaches throughout the home, blood on my pillow, which made the place poorly maintained. The pool also was not properly cleaned during our stay. Another major issue was privacy — after the first couple visits ,maintenance workers started walking into the property without even knocking or announcing themselves. At one point they came in unannounced to replace the TV, and after they finished, they left the TV on at full volume before leaving. It felt very unprofessional. The utilities and supplies were also extremely limited. Do not stay here if u want to feel welcome and at home somewhere”

“We love staying here. The location is really good. It’s 30min from most of the attractions, You’re 10 minutes from gas, groceries and restaurants… it’s a quiet gated community. We literally stay here yearly….”

“This was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed. First we get there and I have to message and wait for a code to even get in; code doesn't work. Have to wait for it to be reset. Get in, and There was hair all over the place, what looked like pubic hair in showers, fake eye lashes stuck to the walls and floors, make up left on pillows, urine on toilet seats, the fridge was dirty and a pitcher of water left in it. I sent many photos to management the day we arrived, I was told it would be made right. Still it never was. The washer stopped working three different times and I was never able to wash our clothes prior to leaving. Their solution was a $176 refund on an almost $1000 trip. I had to clean this home myself before my family could even use it. I should have left and went to a hotel, however it being a massive dance and cheer competition weekend there were literally no options available. Do not waste your time or money on this place.”

“offered early check-in on the website but didn’t give it to me. So when I arrived after a 21 Hour Dr. I had to waste time and drive around for two hours. Offered late checkout but didn’t mention I had to pay a little over $60. They didn’t even leave extra toilet paper or a paper towel towels. The place was beautiful but you could tell they wanted every penny”

“Stayed here with my family and unfortunately photos did not much the place. There was a handicapped accessible bathroom on the first floor with the queen bedroom right across from it. Photos showed a tub but there was no tub in the entire place. Only showers. Which made our stay difficult because we have a baby and had to bathe in the sink. Hair and trash in bathrooms upon arrival but Encantada asked if they could come to “touch up” and proceeded to do so before I could give the green light.”

“Misleading listing and poor communication. The main reason for our 14-day stay was the pool, which was advertised as heated. However, the host ignored our messages and the office misled us for over a week before admitting the pool cannot be heated. While the apartment was clean and well-located, the unusable pool and lack of communication ruined the experience. Would not recommend if you want a working pool.”

“Resort grounds nice and pool area decent but one hot tub didn’t work. BIG ISSUE WAS ROACHES! Our unit was unclean, and had a bug problem , ants spiders and even roaches and even with proof they did nothing!! Escalated it to Airbnb and they also did nothing! I would never recommend staying here. It’s not worth saving a couple hundred dollars vs. staying somewhere nice”

“Horrible. I booked this Airbnb last min. The Airbnb had a minor pee smell when we came in. My major issue is the front door not locking from either sides. My son who is three ran outside which is how we even knew that the door was not able to lock. WHICH IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS BECAUSE THEY ARE ONGOING CARS RIGHT OUT in the front. That was not able to get fixed during our stay. We had to push the sofa in front of the door and sleep downstairs. The washer was not spinning out the water and the dryer did not work we end up having to dry our clothes outside. One of the rooms the upstairs sink was not working. To make matters worse when you contact the host about this issue no response!!! HORRIBLE”

“Never again. I will start off with what they did to appease me on day 3 of my 5 night stay. They gave me food & beverage gift cards that equaled to $200 & 30% off each night. As of 4/16 I’ve gotten a $33 refund. My reservation was switched do to a pipe bursting at their sister resort. When I arrive I immediately told them that with my disability the house was not accommodating. First manger told me she literally didn’t know what to do besides reach out to her manager, Anthony. After failed call back promises I reached out and finally connected with Anthony. He originally made it seem as the issue was the pool not being there but it was simply me not being accommodated as a disable guest. Always one person behind bar-slow service. Food 0/10, one bartender Diego had snot dripping from his nose serving, the lady bartender Jess was rude and Guillermo was wildly Inappropriate. I will never stay here or any place affiliated. & The deer will go though your trash!!reason for my late checkout”
