“Buen lugar para hospedar a una familia pequeña de máximo 4 personas. El jacuzzi siempre estuvo disponible y perfecto lo cual fue un plus! Hay ciertos aspectos de mantenimiento mejorables así como de limpieza, sobre todo las alfombras que les urge limpieza profunda.”

“Roaches and very bad communication between staff and management”

“Overall, our stay was decent! The property was peaceful and conveniently located near the parks. Unfortunately, we did run into a few issues. Upon arrival, the doorknob in the master bathroom was broken off, along with a hook in the same bathroom. However, the hosts were very responsive and had both issues fixed quickly, which we appreciated. We also had an issue with the hot tub, as the temperature would not go below 108°F, making it far too hot to comfortably enjoy. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the beds. The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the twin bed in the guest room was just as bad. Interestingly, the queen bed had a different mattress and was very comfortable! Unfortunately, that meant half of our group struggled to get a decent night’s sleep. While we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, convenient location, and responsive hosts, the uncomfortable beds and hot tub issue definitely impacted our overall experience.”

“Excelente lugar para descansar y moverte si vas a los parques de Disney o Universal!! Todo a buena distancia, restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc.. Por favor tengan cuidado con sus artículos personales y si presentan problemas con la cerradura no dejen la casa sola hasta que lo solucionen. En un alojamiento como este esperaba mayor apoyo en cuanto a una muy mala experiencia, simplemente se lavaron las manos y no buscaron la forma de apoyarme!! No revisaron cámaras de circuito cerrado ni nada para ayudarme… que decepción y solo se apegaron a decir que su política dice que no se hacen responsables!! Para eso tienen una caja fuerte misma que en mi caso estaba rota!!”

“Acomodação boa desde que você não tenha nenhum problema que precise de ajuda. Fechadura estragou e ficamos trancados fora de casa após o horário do frontdesk, apos muita negociacao e stress com duas criancas pequenas, nos colocaram em outra casa sem roupas, comidas itens de higiene e medicamentos. No dia seguinte as 9 da manha em um segundo a manutecao com uma contrasenha resolveu o problema, que certamente poderia ter sido resolvido antes e não gerado tanto stress. Apos tuso isso, no chat apenas escreveram "desculpa". Comunicaçao durante a hospedagem deixa a desejar. Infelizmente Airbnb tb não nos ajudou durante esse problema. Fora isso tudo OK”

“Pésimo lugar había chinches me dio asta fiebre con las picaduras rente por 3 días me enviaron a otro apartamento y me sacaron alas 10 am para enviarme a otro 😔😡”

“My stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the TV was already cracked, but once maintenance came to inspect it, we were basically blamed for the damage. The host then attempted to charge me $350 for a replacement TV, with the reasoning that if damage is discovered during your stay, you’re automatically responsible for it.On top of that, there were roaches throughout the home, blood on my pillow, which made the place poorly maintained. The pool also was not properly cleaned during our stay. Another major issue was privacy — after the first couple visits ,maintenance workers started walking into the property without even knocking or announcing themselves. At one point they came in unannounced to replace the TV, and after they finished, they left the TV on at full volume before leaving. It felt very unprofessional. The utilities and supplies were also extremely limited. Do not stay here if u want to feel welcome and at home somewhere”

“This was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed. First we get there and I have to message and wait for a code to even get in; code doesn't work. Have to wait for it to be reset. Get in, and There was hair all over the place, what looked like pubic hair in showers, fake eye lashes stuck to the walls and floors, make up left on pillows, urine on toilet seats, the fridge was dirty and a pitcher of water left in it. I sent many photos to management the day we arrived, I was told it would be made right. Still it never was. The washer stopped working three different times and I was never able to wash our clothes prior to leaving. Their solution was a $176 refund on an almost $1000 trip. I had to clean this home myself before my family could even use it. I should have left and went to a hotel, however it being a massive dance and cheer competition weekend there were literally no options available. Do not waste your time or money on this place.”

“Misleading listing and poor communication. The main reason for our 14-day stay was the pool, which was advertised as heated. However, the host ignored our messages and the office misled us for over a week before admitting the pool cannot be heated. While the apartment was clean and well-located, the unusable pool and lack of communication ruined the experience. Would not recommend if you want a working pool.”
