Elite Mansion Escapes

Elite Mansion Escapes's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The worst Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Reservation for 6. No wash clothes. 2 body towels. Im glad we had pool towels. Or 6 of us would have had to use the two towels. We get airbnbs because of the amenities. They didn't even have salt and pepper. No TV cords. The fans didn't work. Lamps with no light bulbs. The shower was broken. The front bedroom didn't have curtains we had to use a towel. No sugar. No cooking oil. No paper towels. Absolutely the worst. House was beautiful. But that's about it.”

“This place needs some major help. Im not going to drag anyone throught the mud but the owners need to step in and fix this place up.”

“House is beat up. The garbage was overflowing, and one of the beds and a set of bounds were broken when we walked in. All hvac vents were gross and dirty. Walls and floors had lots and lots of marks/ damage. Expected a much nice finish and level of cleanliness for the price. Whatever property management that is running this property isn’t taken care of this place at all.”

“Although a wonderful property, we were surprised to see how minimal the experience was. Our feet were black from the dirty floors almost instantly, bare bones supplies for kitchen and bathrooms, as well as no blankets and minimal bedding. One of our guests was left with one sheet and there were no extra linens anywhere in the house. Shower drains were clogged, slow response time on messaging - since you have to ask every two hours two turn the waterfall on and most disappointingly we were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and expected to provide more ourselves when we asked our host. Soap bottles were even filled with water. A house of this size and this many beds was not stocked or supplied with the minimal necessary amount of items. To top it off, we got a guilt trip message on our last stay stating house keepers only receive bonuses if they receive a 5 star review and anything less negatively affects them directly. This is shameful to place on your guests who”

“Avoid this Airbnb. The property was dirty when we arrived, bathroom was gross with mildew shower curtains that haven’t been washed. and we reported it on the first day. The pool was not as advertised, with the advertised nighttime lighting not working. Most concerning, we found multiple insects that appeared to be bed bugs during our stay, and everyone in our group ended up with numerous bites. We had to spend the end of our trip worrying about bringing bugs home instead of enjoying our vacation. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.”

“Our stay was disappointing because the property was not as advertised and appeared unfinished and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed multiple holes in the walls where curtain tiebacks had apparently been removed, as well as holes where towel bars and toilet paper holders should have been. There were multiple safety concerns with gate latches to the pool area that did not secure and water leaking with mold. While the location may work for some travelers, the condition of the home did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. We hope the host addresses these maintenance and repair issues so future guests have a better experience.”

“The house was very dirty and run down. I’ve never left a bad review but I feel I need to here. From the broken kitchen faucet to the uplifting floor, disgusting baseboards, unmopped floors, nothing wiped down, or the clumps of hair stuck to the bottom of the the stools, the list could go on and on. The pictures are outdated and I feel it’s unfair to trick people into going all the way there and expecting something really nice and getting something I couldn’t even stay at. I left after an hour.”

“This place definitely needs updated pictures!!! The place needs to be updated badly. The furniture in the pictures is not what you get from the pool to the living area. The couch was so nasty and ran down we had to put sheets on it to sit. The floor was very dirty and had not been cleaned. We complained there was very anyone sent to clean! Dried cucumber on the kitchen floor hen we walked in for reference. The backyard was a mess when we arrived dead leaves very where dirty outdoor couch and dead lizard in pool. Which we had to fish out ourselves. They completely shut the pool off at 10 and during the day you have to keep asking to have it turned back on because soon as you get out they shut it off! We left very unsatisfied and ripped off considering the pictures are very outdated and not what you expect. That shouldn’t be allowed because it’s making someone pay for something they are not getting. Most of our party went and got hotels instead.”

“Our stay did not match the listing or expectations. The listing disclosed only two exterior cameras at the front of the home, but we found 7 additional cameras installed throughout the backyard, including areas facing the pool, patio, and lawn (sun bathing areas). This was not disclosed in the listing and was concerning, especially while traveling with minors. We also experienced several issues with the condition of the home. The air conditioning was not functioning properly for part of the stay, with indoor temperature 80+ degrees at night. Cleanliness was below expectations, including stained and dirty with linens. There were also multiple maintenance issues, including broken and non-functioning items around the property. Due to the size of our group, relocating was not a practical option, but these issues had a meaningful impact on our overall experience. Future guests may want to confirm details regarding cameras and overall property condition in advance.”

“Nothing like the photos. This property is unkempt, poorly maintained, and dirty. We left within hours. Exterior was damaged and filthy. Inside, floors turned our socks brown within minutes. Stains, dust, and hair everywhere. Stained carpets and walls. Bathrooms clearly not cleaned, black hair on shower walls. Kitchen had broken lights, broken trash bin, and a damaged fridge that didn’t work properly, no water, no ice. Amenities are a lie: gym was filthy and disorganized, with equipment everywhere and a weight rack outside with weights scattered across the lawn. Play areas unsafe and missing items shown in pictures. Pool was cold and dirty. Hot tub fees. BBQ dirty. Outside: broken lights, dirty patio, worn furniture, and even dirty underwear in couch cushions. Courts unusable, sharp rocks in sand volleyball, ripped nets on basketball and volleyball courts, basketball hoop not secured in group, unsafe. This is NOT a luxury home — just an unkempt, falsely advertised property. AVOID.”
