“Well, it was okay! Suitable for our 2 night “staycation”. The lazy river was nice. The slide was closed due to reasons beyond owners control but it was something my kids were really looking forward to. For the condo- seems like owners are trying to get away with providing the bare minimum. It was clean but it’s definitely an older unit that needs a major facelift. A huge positive- the A/C worked beautifully. However, my friends paid the same price for a beautiful 3br at POTB for the same weekend. I’m not saying you shouldn’t book here, it just wouldn’t be my first choice.”

“Great place to stay only, complaint is they are cheap with the TP you pay a lot of money for them to leave you only 2 rolls of TP. I know this is petty but come on really only two rolls.”

“7 adults 3 cars ....and only 2 cars were allowed to park. That was an issue since every driver had a handicap situation. This was probably the Lighthouse policy.”

“The condo is beautiful and very close to beach access through building. The description is on point. It served my family well and we enjoyed the stay overall. The pool areas are great! Two things that bothered me: For the price and style of resort there should be an attendant at each building during check in to assist with cart accessibly. On high check in/check out days for sure. The first day of our stay I noticed that the kids room/twin bed rooms TV was not working at all. I notified Kelly and got no assistance. Kelly gave me WiFi assistance for a TV that I repeatedly stated was black! Can’t really connect a tv to WiFi if the screen is black! During our stay no one came to look at it or fix it!”

“The location was amazing, and the view was even better than the photos — they truly did not do it justice. The condo itself was beautiful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The comforter had multiple stains, and basic items like an iron, blow dryer, kitchen hand soap, and enough trash bags for the week were missing (only one bag was provided). Communication was lacking. I let the hosts know we would arrive a day late due to a canceled flight and never received a response. They did address the issues we brought to their attention, but communication felt cold and impersonal. We were also surprised by the required contract, $300 deposit, and numerous rules with potential fees, as these were not disclosed in the listing. Overall, the location and view were excellent, but the cleanliness, communication, and unexpected requirements impacted our stay.”

“The condo was very clean but the living room furniture was dated and sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. We were not expecting to walk the stairs but that was manageable. Pictures of the pool were misleading, it looked much larger in the pics and that was a big selling point since we had a toddler and the shallow pool was the selling point. We also didn’t realize that we were not in the beach side unit so the balcony or porch sitting area had no view. Lastly, it seemed like there were many house rules and threats of charges communicated too much. It felt like I was being treated like a kid with all the rules. I do know how to take care of things and I always treat other peoples things like they are my own. That was just a little disappointing. Oh and the TV’s in the bedroom would not work , we kept getting a no signal, which was disappointing especially with kids.”

“We had many strict rules with various fines if things went wrong (locking yourself out of room after a certain time, loud noises at certain times,etc.) If the air conditioning messed up, you would have to pay the bill. When we arrived, there was mold growing on the couch and in the sink. The smell was so overwhelming it gave my husband and I both headaches and made us nauseous. We were only in the room for about an hour. We tried contacting the host and they wouldn’t respond. My husband had to book us another room because we couldn’t stay at this location without becoming ill. We had to contact Airbnb support. After checking out within an hour of our arrival, the host messaged us later that night saying she disagreed with us about the mold and that it might’ve been just mildew. I was disappointed because the host had previously been kind before the message with strict rules was sent and the location was extremely close to the ocean.”

“We had a good time! Great spot right on the beach. Only thing we had trouble with was the parking, there was a glitch in the system and they were going to tow our car. Other thing is we were supposed to have two extra trash bags and there were none. (Trash bags are terrible ours ripped on the way to the trash bin outside) also the drain outside in front of the trash bin needs clean having to walk through water to take the trash out is not good. Other than these to hiccups the place is good!”

“In the description of the condo, it says that one parking place is provided, and that the parking pass is located inside of the condo. We got the parking pass out of the condo and placed it in the window of our vehicle. However when security came around, we got a violation because we had not properly registered. Come to find out a parking spot is not included and parking was $52. When I questioned Kelly about this, she said oh it was changed a month ago and we can’t bill for parking fees in our lodging fees. However, her listing said a parking spot was included therefore I was under the impression we did not have to pay. This was very misleading for us.”

“The lock was extremely difficult. We had trouble every single time we tried to get into the unit. On the second day, we called the number that was provided and the guy did not help us at all. He told us that we were not using the lock properly, which was not true, and he said that there was a key fob located in the room. I looked everywhere in the room and there was no key to be found. The lock is my only complaint. A code lock would be extremely easier.”
