“Natalie’s place was mostly as described, except for the broken blinds in the bedroom that wouldn’t close and resulted in a much earlier wake-up than we had planned. It’s hard to fairly rate accommodations where we didn’t get good sleep. But, Natalie was responsive to our texts to alert her, yet offered no resolution and nothing for our inconvenience. It was a missed opportunity for good customer service. I suspect this blind remained broken for a while and may even still be broken for the next guests, despite us being told it was immediately replaced upon our check-out!?”

“There was no parking for our boat, as there is no street parking. The overflow parking was full most of the time and there was not enough parking spaces for peak season. The water pump in the basement is extremely loud. Downstairs guest could hear it every time the toilet flushed. Stove was not cleaned before we arrived. Other than that, the house was great. Plenty of bedrooms and adequately stocked with everything you’d need.”

“Beautiful view, clean and fun games the kids loved. No fully stocked shampoo and conditioner. I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb without these. We had three different boats drive down to the end, one being ours and impossible to turn around. Nothing in the Airbnb info that said boats have to park in parking lot at bottom of neighborhood. Had to back boats all the way back down the street. There needs to be a sign at the beginning of the street that says no boat turn around and this info should be included in the description on Airbnb. This was a huge hassle at first. It would have made a major difference if we were just informed.”

“First, amenities are old. I had to manually plug in power for dishwasher and the disposer. The dryer did not reach temperature high enough to dry clothes. Second, hot water supply was not good when two people took showers. In consideration of 15 people in the house, a staggering shower method would take hours for all to take shower. Thus, the hot water issue should be addressed asap. The grill in the patio was working at one time and did not work at another time. So, it should be addressed. Other than these, the house is in a good place for walking to the city and driving to the beaches.”

“The place was decent, but the amount of beds that they say that they sleep. Wasn’t fully disclosed that you’d be sleeping on a cot if you did bring extra people so the place I stayed in was building 891 number four. They didn’t disclose that our guests would be sleeping on cots luckily most of the guests didn’t come so it worked out. The place we were in had a king bed a queen bed, and a bunk bed and then cots in the basement on metal frames that fold.. also there was an outlet in the bathroom on the main level that didn’t work and a jack and Jill bathroom upstairs for the master suite and the extra bedroom so you had to share those. Also, the ceiling fan was rattling and wobbling and the light wasn’t working and you couldn’t use the chain to turn it on and off it was broken and laying on the dresser. Would I use this place again probably because it wasn’t dirty and gross. It was pretty clean. But it is way high up on a hill if you don’t wanna walk down the hill.”

“We loved our vacation with one small hiccup trying to get the parking pass for our car that was not located on the hook. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!”

“Upon arrival we quickly found one of the chairs was very broken, creating a safety concern to my family. Natalie was quick to respond, assuring me it would be fixed ASAP. Past this conversation, Natalie was no longer responsive to any of my messages. This was frustrating on my end, to say the least.”

“Great stay and super close to the marina which is great if you’re here to boat. Not very easy to get in as there are 2 lock boxes to get a key to get inside. They say you can use a PIN code but it’s extremely dated and doesn’t work. The key box was a little tricky to open but I eventually got in. The amenities inside were good but pretty old. Overall a good stay and I’d look out for it in the future at a better price that isn’t during holiday season.”
