“The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Awesome location- short walk to the beach, and bus stop just a few feet from the property. Drawback was the mosquitos. We could not be out in the fun outdoor space with pool/ping pong table as the mosquitos were terrible. We tried yard spray more than once, but it didn't help. Also, there was a dead opossum in the adjacent empty lot, and the stench from it prevented us from enjoying our last day there. My husband contacted Beach House Rental Estate office, but it was Friday, late afternoon, and it wasn't taken care of. The pool staff also came while we were using the pool, 2 times that week. While we appreciate him cleaning/treating it, it did require us to get out for 30 minutes.”

“This house is located in a great spot. Easy to walk everywhere from shops to the beach. It was clean and partly well maintained. The layout of the common spaces are excellent for group gatherings.”

“This was one of our favorite stays in the Anna Maria area. We’ve been coming for a decade and this was the perfect distance to the beach without paying waterfront prices or getting a condo. We loved having our own house and the backyard was great; cute tiki bar, perfect pool for all ages, even the baby. The hot tub instructions were simple and it worked in the timeframe the instructions said. Thank heavens. Great spot for the entire family.”

“BEAUTIFUL and LUXURIOUS home! We so enjoyed time at the pool, as well as sunrises and sunsets on the rooftop deck. The banyan tree is so unique and magical. The house is equipped with anything you need for a beach trip - beach cart, towels, and toys. Easy beach access as well and a quick ride to restaurants and shops.”

“We have mixed feelings about the stay. It was a beautiful house, very close to the beach and had a GREAT pool/hottub. Plus check out was a breeze. There were a few issues: The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived, we had a few babies crawling around and all of them had filthy knees/hands from the floor day 1. There were things I expected the host to supply at least a little bit. We had no additional trash bags, no dustpan for the broom and no mop to clean the house. We also had to bring more toilet paper and paper towels but that one is a little more common not have enough of. When asking the host about the need for cleaning supplies I was told that we could buy them ourselves/just have them delivered. The last issue we had was a chair was improperly built and didn’t have screws in one of the legs- it broke when I scooted it to the side. Luckily no one was hurt but it looked like some of the other chairs might have the same issue.”

“Utter perfection. We stayed with our 3 adult children, spouses and 3 small children. The home was perfectly set up for the needs of our family. The beds were comfortable, the home was spotless, the floor plan wonderful. The pool was great with the steps for children. We especially appreciated the door alarms to the pool; music to my daughter in law’s ears knowing the kids would be safe. Closer to the beach than I imagined. The home exceeded my expectations, something pretty hard to do.”

“Ceiling fan didn’t work in the living room, I messaged multiple times and nothing was done. I left my Amazon fire stick and messaged about that and was told so sorry, nothing can be done. I paid for that and accidentally forgot it. The outdoor fans/lights barely worked. The “downstairs living room” was so hot it was unusable.”

“This house was clean, well equipped, and a few minutes walk to the beach on a quiet dead end road. The pool was great and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The driveway is small if you have many vehicles. We had 3 cars and a golf cart. It would be hard to fit more than that.”

“We booked this house for a spring break trip for a large group and it was fantastic! Had everything we needed, the space for serving large meals, everyone had their own spaces to spread out or come together for games. The dock was great and from all the balconies we got the early sunrise and also saw lots of dolphins playing and fish flying out of the water. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the 2 washers and 2 dryers for our large group. The 2 dishwashers was also a great perk. The walk to the beach was super easy and the option of the hot tub and pool were great to have. Instructions for the hot tub and pool were clear and we quickly figured out the safety alarm system for getting to it from the game room. The provided beach towels were also appreciated as were the beach chairs and wagon. Highly recommend this property and we hope to book it again!”
