“Ceiling fan didn’t work in the living room, I messaged multiple times and nothing was done. I left my Amazon fire stick and messaged about that and was told so sorry, nothing can be done. I paid for that and accidentally forgot it. The outdoor fans/lights barely worked. The “downstairs living room” was so hot it was unusable.”

“This house was clean, well equipped, and a few minutes walk to the beach on a quiet dead end road. The pool was great and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The driveway is small if you have many vehicles. We had 3 cars and a golf cart. It would be hard to fit more than that.”

“We booked this house for a spring break trip for a large group and it was fantastic! Had everything we needed, the space for serving large meals, everyone had their own spaces to spread out or come together for games. The dock was great and from all the balconies we got the early sunrise and also saw lots of dolphins playing and fish flying out of the water. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the 2 washers and 2 dryers for our large group. The 2 dishwashers was also a great perk. The walk to the beach was super easy and the option of the hot tub and pool were great to have. Instructions for the hot tub and pool were clear and we quickly figured out the safety alarm system for getting to it from the game room. The provided beach towels were also appreciated as were the beach chairs and wagon. Highly recommend this property and we hope to book it again!”

“We come to Bradenton Beach for a week with our 2 sons and their families - 9 of us all together (6 adults & 3 kids). So, this place was absolutely perfect. Great & friendly neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, we all loved the pool & hot tub, incredible accommodations, responsive realtors and wonderful restaurants nearby. We’re already booked for a week next year. Thank you so very much!!!”

“We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk off the main road so you’re not dealing with traffic all day and there’s plenty to do within walking distance. The views from all sides in morning and evening are amazing. We saw dolphins right up close to the dock while we were relaxing. Everything about it was perfect for 12 people to be completely comfortable and everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had 10 adults and 2 small children the house was spacious enough for all to have individual space and large enough common space. The pool was heated which was great for the cooler weather. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Very comfortable for a large group.”

“Beautiful home, great location, cross the street to be right at the beach, we walked to most everywhere, including Bridge St. The only two real drawbacks were the lack of a house manual that told us how to operate the appliances and the lack of small appliances (big griddle, blender with a lid) for a house that holds 18 folks! Also, twice the washer said we had ‘low water’ for washing clothes. We had only 8 people… must be an island issue.?”
