“This was a great option for a fun beach weekend with a few college friends. The place itself was spacious, had a nice balcony, and included thoughtful touches like towels and lotions. However, the parking situation was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. The listing states that each room gets one parking spot, with the option to request additional spots at check-in, which sounded simple enough. Since we all had different schedules, we arrived in multiple cars. When I got there late and requested an extra spot, I was told none were available, but the front desk staff kindly helped me squeeze into the lot. The next morning, I found a note on my car warning it would be towed. When I asked the front desk, I was told we already had one car parked and would need to move mine to a remote lot over a mile away and walk back. This directly contradicted what I was told the night before. I ended up parking on the street and paying $76 overnight. Overall, this made the trip far more stressful”

“the only issue was it was like staying at hotel. full kitchen, but hardly any pots pans cookware plates , cups , small motel coffee pot . it was fine for what me and my friends were doing. don't show up with family thinking you can cook there for the week. I would go back but pack more.”

“We had a great time! would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this awesome cabin!”

“Place needs updates. Only one parking permit was difficult, cookware was inadequate and low quality. No nonstick skillets worth a flip. Everything sticks. Bed is hard. Overall it’s a close place to sleep to the concert location. Don’t expect much more.”

“Not as clean as we would have preferred. Lots of hair in the bathrooms and on sheets. The location is perfect. We stayed during country calling and could walk to the festival as well as restaurants up and down the board walk. We were a group of 3 couples and had plenty of space. Parking was secure under the building. You do have to check in and get keys at the motel across the street and pay an additional deposit which I didn’t remember seeing in the listing originally. It’s not a hold either, it’s a full blown charge of $500.”

“The place was a good location from the festival which was the main reason we stayed there. But the kitchen was bare bones. The coffee make was literally a single serving coffee maker. Not sure why they wouldn’t splurge on something bigger when it says the place sleeps 14. Microwave was super tiny and there was no toaster! So we had to toast our bagels in the oven. No cutting board and other things you find a kitchen that you would use pretty regularly.”

“$1000 a night is pretty steep, but I know it was jacked up for festival weekend along with everyone else's places. That said, the location was great for walking and the condo was extremely roomy. It was clean and everything was functional, we didn't have any weird issues during the stay. There were some things missing that I thought should have been there, which would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have just brought them from home. Essentials: hand soap, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher tabs, paper towels Nice to have: laundry detergent, cutting board, dish towels, lysol wipes or cleaning spray, additional trash bags”

“The condo was clean and spacious, but it was a little drab lacking any decorations. The elevator had a horrible smell from an air freshener that kept going off every time we were inside. I was also unaware that there would be a $500 security deposit at check in after I had already paid in full.”
