“The location of this home is hard to beat! It’s on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach, with great restaurants, coffee, and ice cream nearby. The home itself is a bit dated and could use some updating and additional attention in a few areas, particularly the bathrooms. There were also some ant control measures throughout the home that weren’t ideal when traveling with a toddler. We understand that bugs and moisture can be more common when staying so close to the beach. Overall, the location is definitely the highlight and made for a very convenient stay.”

“We had an amazing, multi-generational family vacation! Everyone had plenty of space to be together or get some privacy. We spent the whole trip between our beach area and the house. Would definitely recommend!”

“No keys for access so we had to walk around the house every time to get in. Towel bars falling out of the wall. Burned out light bulbs. Cabinet glass fell out onto my son. Hot tub randomly drains multiple times per day. Ants all of the kitchen counter. Hardly any seashells here on the beach. For what we paid to stay here this place is not worth it.”

“Beautiful house and pool, great location. Rated only good because there was a leak in the master bedroom, and for the price there were limited supplies (paper towels, washer soap, etc.) and explanations. The TV was very hard to work. American Realty never responded about the leak and took a day to respond to another issue.”
