The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool and outdoor shower were awesome! We will definitely be renting from here again!”

“Almost Heaven was even better than imagined. The house had so much space and the amenities were great. Inside and outside there was always enough seating for everyone in our group. We loved reading on the patio, eating lunch by the pool, and playing on the little putting green. We enjoyed a completely empty beach, beautiful sunsets, and easy walks to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Captiva.”

“No keys for access so we had to walk around the house every time to get in. Towel bars falling out of the wall. Burned out light bulbs. Cabinet glass fell out onto my son. Hot tub randomly drains multiple times per day. Ants all of the kitchen counter. Hardly any seashells here on the beach. For what we paid to stay here this place is not worth it.”

“Had a great stay. Great location and house - will consider going back soon. Suggestion: 1. Inform guests that trash will be picked up on Wednesdays AND that the bins must be placed on the street. We did not know and therefore, trash was not picked up. Needs to be clearer to avoid confusion.”

“Great place for a family vacation. This was our favorite Captiva rental so far. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom for plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen and living room and pool deck offered nice areas for hanging out together. We lived the pool and hot tub for afternoon cool downs. The house was well stocked with basic supplies as well as plenty of towels and beach gear. The location is an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Jensen’s Marina, and the Island Store. We will definitely book again for our next trip!”

“Beautiful house and pool, great location. Rated only good because there was a leak in the master bedroom, and for the price there were limited supplies (paper towels, washer soap, etc.) and explanations. The TV was very hard to work. American Realty never responded about the leak and took a day to respond to another issue.”
