“We loved our stay at Eagle’s Perch. The view was outstanding, and the amenities were nice. They had a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and puzzles and games. It was a great location although not as private as the pictures suggested. The beds were good, not amazing and most of us slept well!”

“Wonderful small space walking distance from Tahoe City. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside at the picnic table. Inside, one small nightstand-sized table suffices for a desk/dining table. If bringing dogs, just be aware that there are some (friendly) off-leash dogs around the neighborhood.”

“The photos used to advertise this villa were quite misleading, and we did not expect the villa to be like this. Although the villa appears to have been renovated, it still needs further renovation and replacement of some furniture and items. The beds make noise whenever you move during sleep, which was uncomfortable. There were also ants and other insects inside the villa. However, the villa was in good condition in terms of cleanliness and basic living necessities.”

“Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The house was even more beautiful in person, and the outdoor views completely took our breath away. Waking up every morning to the scenery felt so peaceful and luxurious ,it honestly looked like something out of a movie. The decor throughout the home was stunning and thoughtfully done. Every room felt warm, stylish, and inviting while still being super comfortable. You can tell so much care was put into every detail of the space. We also really appreciated how well-stocked and accommodating everything was. The hosts provided so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made the stay feel effortless and elevated. From the cozy atmosphere to the outdoor spaces, everything was perfect for relaxing, spending time together, and truly enjoying the experience. Bonus points for the dog bowls and pet-friendly touches, it made traveling with our pup so much easier and made us feel even more at home. The only small downside was that there we”

“What a beautiful home. We enjoyed the scenery over looking the lake and the peace and quiet. However, we had an infestation of carpenter ants.”

“The house was really cool with original stone fireplace and beamed ceiling. and I loved the deck! I was out there most of the time - so pleasant! there's a nice big tv in the living room and the 2 sliding doors to the huge deck were really nice for my dog to explore and then lounge out there in the sun. Also, the main bed was really nice and sheets were wonderfully silky... there was stale cigarette smoke smell though. The owners have a wonderful home but property management company needs to clean that smoke smell out and upgrade the towels to big fluffy ones - those are easy fixes. They should also let folks with groceries check in early since no one had booked the night before. oh - great location to get to skylandia beach - my dog's and my favorite!”
